This is the worst dealership in existence. From the sales to the service. Their lack of communication is AWFUL. I suggest staying as far away from this place as possible. Im not sure how they are still in business.

We spoke to the client and are going to replace the convertor that runs $2801 and will only charge the client $1000 to help them with the repair and they agreed

They replaced the engine in my 2016 F150. It took three months. When I got the truck back, there were many issues, for example:1. Loud air flow inside cabin 2. Strong smell of fuel in cabin 3. Waste Gate clatter from turbo charger 4. Noticed oil in driveway the next morning after having only driven it from dealership to residence.I took it back the next day and they discovered a disconnected turbo charger oil feed line. They also discovered that fuel injector o-rings were damaged during installation. NOTE: It was another two weeks to get the truck back. When I did get it back, I drove it further and noticed a vibration that was not present before taking it in for the engine **************, I took the truck back and due to the arrogance of the service writer, I opted to seek help at another dealership (***** ****). After a week at *******************, they discovered disconnected vacuum hoses, missing bolts on the transmission bell housing and cross member. ***** **** ended up having to replace the torque converter (my assumption is that since the truck wasn't vibrating before the engine replacement and due to the VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP performed at Waxahachie Ford). I tried but failed, to get the Service Manager at Waxahachie Ford to listen to my complaints but was told that since I took it to *****, there was nothing they could do regarding costs of torque converter and missing bolts. I eluded to the fact that the original service writer at Waxahachie Ford was so arrogant that I did not want to set foot in their facility again. 'So now, Im stuck with additional costs of a torque converter that was probably damaged during engine installation. (The ****** vibration did not exist when I took it in for engine replacement) .Two things:1. I'll never buy another **** vehicle 2. Waxahachie Ford is on my "STAY AWAY FROM" list. Also discovered that the mechanic that replaced my engine had been fired from ***** previously.

Customer never brought the vehicle back to use since 9/26/23 when the engine was installed. He takes it to ***** **** and says every issue he has is related to the repairs done in September of 2023. I told him I would be happy to look at it for him and he said he would never come back to our store. Any repairs related to what we did have a 3 year ****** mile powertrain warranty that can be covered by any **** store. Since repairs have been completed at ******************* for the last year and they are his new servicing dealer they can assist in any repairs he needs.

I took my 2022 **** Ranger Pick up truck to this dealership to get fixed because I bought the truck here used with 20K miles. **** taking my truck in they said it was not covered under warranty due to rodent chewing wires. From that point on, it took over 2 months to get my truck fixed and the 3rd and final time I had to take my truck back they had it for over a month in their shop! The lack of communication from this dealership is actually the least professional place I have ever received any work on any vehicle!! I would STRONGLY recommend if you need a vehicle repaired you take anywhere but here!! They are CROOKS and they do not tell you the truth. As soon as this became an insurance claim the price went up $2,500!! And they felt justified!!! Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I had my vehicle brought here in April of 2023. As a valued customer I have not recieved proper communication for months at time. Needing reliable transportation forced me to get other vehicle without knowing where I was in the processI believe my truck was misdiagnosed and I was told that by vehicle would need 14k in repairs and I still owe 10k for the truck that seemed to be working fine until truck started to misfire. This dealership informed me of no recalls after seeing that things been a problem for **** trucks. Service personnel is now attempting to bill me as asked them to work with me as I come make payments to get the truck out at $75 a day on top of a ****. I believe this is harassment and I will seek legal counsel.

************** was given an estimate to replace his engine and other repairs and his extended warranty Carshield would only cover $6500 of the repair and left him with $6800. He spoke with his advisor middle of November and was told of his part and said he would not have the funds until the end of November and gave permission to proceed. When we called to make him aware the vehicle was finished at the end of November, he told us it would be next week. We have allowed the client the opportunity to pick the vehicle up December and January. We have no clear idea of when the vehicle will be picked up so we are filing a mechanics lien and will be adding storage since the vehicle has been abandoned. If the client can make arrangements to pay his bill and pick up the vehicle soon then we will work with him. Also, any money we have to spend on the mechanics lien will be added to the bill. Feel free to contact us any time.

Beware of this dealership. Called about 3 recalls on my F250. Confirmed the recalls with the service adviser and set up a time for them to pick the truck up. Was told if they picked it up early morning they should have it done that day. Once they got my truck they text, not even call to tell me that the repairs will take 3 weeks. I advice them I can not go without a vehicle (my truck) for 3 weeks that I need a loaner truck. They proceed to tell me they can put me on a waiting list for a loaner but they dont provide trucks. So I guess I am supposed to stop working because they lie about the time needed for the repair and cant schedule their loaners. To add insult to injury I am a mechanic by trade and know the job can but done in two days *** with the mechanic not ******* to do the job. So basically my truck will sit in a back lot for 2 1/2 weeks and then they will fix it. Will never see another ***** from me.

I took my **** fusion just for manufacturers recalls on 12/19,nothing was wrong with my car, Waxahachie Dealership recommended a tune up,I agreed and Waxahachie Ford Dealership broke a piece of the spark plug in the cylinder head and refused to repair the damage the service Manger finally called three days later and gave me 2 options trade the vehicle for full value or pay $5,700. There was nothing wrong with my car when I took it on the 19th. The **** recall department made the appointment at that Dealership. I reached out to **** Corporation and was told it's independently owned and they couldn't do anything Waxahachie service manager refused to repair my car after they broke the spark plug in the cylinder. The workmanship at Waxahachie Ford Dealership is poor quality and customer service is unprofessional. They refused to provide a loaner car why they tried to figure out what to do.I 'm a teacher with the school district to be treated with disrespect for their lack taking responsibility. My bill for a tune up $159 and the Dealership wants me to pay $5,700 for something they did wrong. I paid a tow truck to pick up my vehicle from Waxahachie Ford Dealership my car currently is not drivable,I do not have a car because of Waxahachie Ford Dealership.I need help

The spark plug broke under the removal nut and we tried to drill out the spark plug at no charge to the customer. The only way to repair the vehicle was a new cylinder head. The tune up was many miles and years overdue, and the spark plug was seized in cylinder 2. If the vehicle was sent to a machine shop and the cylinder head was damaged the head would need to be replaced also. Customer chose to take the vehicle and not to make any further attempts at removal.

Extremely poor customer service and they don't want to help you. I requested a call from the manager and he doesn't care either. I made an appt to get my care repaired there, I took it in at the appt. time and they want to keep the car 5 to 7 days just to diagnose the problem. I told them what the problem is. The back up camera isn't working. They won't give you a loan car or offer any help. They just expect that you can take off work for a week while your car sits down there in a parking lot until they finally get around to looking at it. I told them, when you make an appt., they should make the appt for when they can help people. If they need to order parts, give your car back to you then you can bring it back to them when they get your parts in and can replace them. They just have a don't care attitude. A "It sucks to be you" attitude! They used to be good but I would recommend that you avoid them now!

I purchased a new car from Waxahachie Ford. When providing my email address, I expressly asked not to be added to any spam or advertising lists. I was assured by the sales associate there would be no advertisements sent to me. Now I get an email twice a month from Waxahachie Ford. I unsubscribed using the website. I called the dealership with the assurance I'd be removed from their advertisement list. Like clockwork, I continue to receive their unwanted emails two times a month. What does it take to be removed from a spam list?
