      I was having trouble getting my trash picked up for several months then I got what I called trash games they wouldnt pick it up for several weeks and when they did would only pick 1 or 2 bags leaving a full can I canceled my service in April of 2023 I called once a month for the following 3 months to get my can picked up was told its a process and other things this year I started calling them again talked to a lady who name is ******* she worked for Rhino trash before and is who I talked to over all of the issues we had with them she stated she would put in a order that was October of 2024 Ive waited for 45 working days with no pick up I called again today she said she would send the email again to Amillia in *********** so were waiting for the can to be picked up again I feel if they were serious about picking it up it would have been done by now

      Thank you for the opportunity to clear up this issue.  *** *** was never a customer of ***************************************.  WC acquired ******************** in January of 2024.  *** *** cancelled his service with Rhino in April of 2023 so his account was not *********************** over to us.  I have made arrangements for our driver to remove the can today as a courtesy to *** ***.

      Waste Connection provided trash pickup service for me for years. Last time they picked up trash was the week of March 25 (2024). No trash pickup the week of April 1. I called customer service and they said they would check into it. I paid bill ($51.57) April 5. No trash pickup the week of April 8. I called customer service. No trash pickup the week of April 15. I called customer service. Called April 17, 2024, talked to ***** in customer service and cancelled service and asked of my last payment back, she said the route supervisor would have to OK return. I would like my last payment back and someone tell me why they stopped picking up my trash and left me with 4 weeks of trash I had to dispose of.

      I called customer service in 11/28/2023 to cancel service. I was told to remove my auto pay card and that there were no further bills because it was the end of the billing cycle. I removed auto pay. 12/27/2023 I got an emailed bill for December. I called customer service and she said she saw my account was cancelled and ignore bills because I dont owe anything. I reconfirmed they had completely cancelled my account. 1/17/24 I received an overdue bill in the mail for **************** when I cancelled in November and the bins were collected 11/28/23. My concern is the customer service agents are not canceling my account and this will hurt my credit. The company needs to remove all my information and send an email confirmation cancellation as of 11/28/23 and no money is due.

      Waste Connections is the only trash service our community has access to. Their service is unreliable, often skipping weeks and coming late. Although the notify you by phone call they will be coming the next day, they sometimes do come at all, or it is not the next day, bit the following.Recently during a storm (March 1st), they did not notify us of when our trash would be picked up. The neighborhood put the trash out, and it was never picked up. For over a week, the trash piled up. We live in the cou try, where wildlife often get into the trash and destroy any bags we leave out. Because of that, trash cans are tied closed, and trash in bags can not be left out. Waste Connections claims they will not give credit, because they actually picked up extra trash the next week. They ran a regular route, but many in the neighborhood actually began taking trash to work or homes in the city because it was too much. The city still had trash pickup. Even 1.5 miles outside the city, we got nothing. There is no other trash service we can use in our area. Because of this, we are stuck with Waste Connections and their unreliable service. Also because of this, they are able to charge whatever they would like. Some neighbors pay $80 a month for 5 trash pickups, others pay $48, $35, or other prices. I would like to recieve my credit for the week that trash was not picked up. They did not pick up "extra" trash the next week, as they say. Home owners found other ways to get rid of the trash because we can not leave it out as they would like us to.

      This company is refusing to allow me to cancel their service for my parents' when they have both passed away. The customer service is unkind and combative. They are quite simply terrible people. I asked them to make note of the day I called so that I will not be charged for additional service past this day and they refused.

      Refused service, still billed for service, stating dumpster was obstructed. It wasnt. I want a two week credit on the bill. If they were an accredited business I would have requested binding arbitration or mediation through the bbb, but seeing how they arent accredited and maintain a c rating I dont have high hopes of them providing what I believe is a reasonable resolution.

      As you can see there are a couple mattresses surrounding the container in question on the service date of November 23rd 2022. Our driver elected not to service the container due to the obstruction as it may cause an incident to your property or our vehicle. We service rural containers all over the area and when this happens, once the customer removes the obstacle we will service the container.  Through our records we show that this instance is the only one in question and the container was serviced after the mattresses were removed. As far as a credit to your account I understand the frustration you are expressing but there was only one serviced delayed due to the obstruction. In the service agreement signed and agreed upon, the customer must maintain the ground surface and free of obstruction if there are any more questions please feel free to contact me.

      We have had numerous issues with timely pick up over the past 2 years. We were told one time that the driver was sick and we would need to wait until the next week for pickup. Our bill for pickup of one container has gone up from $45.57 to the last bill being $72.51. Our next door neighbor has one container and his most recent bill was $56.00. Our neighbor has only been using the service for approximately 6 months yet our fee for the same service is more. We called today to cancel our service and were told a cancellation fee of approximately $336.00 would be charged. No explanation could be provided for the reason for the difference in our bill.We have also had damage to our property from having the truck use our property to turn around leaving deep ruts. We had to start placing the container over the ruts with a note attached telling the driver he could no longer use our property to turn around so they were unable to turn around.
