    My husband signed a contract with this owner , *************************, who also has another company he does business under, on January 31, 2021. We were then encouraged to take out a personal loan to help pay for the construction through a loan company that ***** recommended. Once we received the loan and gave the down payment we no longer heard from *****. He did not return calls, texts, or emails until about 6 months after the project wad supposed to be completed. He gave multiple excuses to why he never even started the project and why he was having a hard time giving us our money back. To this day we still do not have our money back and he now has multiple lawsuits against for doing this same thing to other people.
