    I paid for a Shirt Of The Month subscription on the 19th of October 2022. The amount paid was $10.83 because I used a discount code from their site. The website and the order confirmation email state "Sign up between the 1st and the 19th of the month to recieve a shirt the immediate following month." Also states in their FAQ about the shirt of the month club that: "if you sign up by the 19th" you will recieve your shirt "the first week of the following month".The confirmation email states "please allow **** days for your order to ship out."All these claims are false!I ordered my shirt 20 days ago!Still no confirmation of shipment.When looking at their "order lookup" option it says "still processing".Customer service is horrible with this company and they do not do what they claim they will do. Buyer beware when ordering from this company. The website doesn't show my negative review even after refreshing several times. It seems that they are doctoring their reviews so they all look to be 5 stars. Even when looking at "Most Recent" or "Lowest Reviews" option mine still doesn't show. Dishonest business practices.     We bill our shirt of the month subscription the month before. Example: All orders placed 9/20-10/19 will receive November as their first shirt. He placed an order on 10/19 which means his first shirt will be November. We typically ship them out around the first week of each month, but with the holidays coming up we are in the process of shipping those out now.
