Kings of Kolor was contracted by ***** ********* to fix a broken axle on my 2021 ***** *********** in February of 2023. My vehicle was returned in March/April of 2023 without the wheel locks needed in order for me to be able to replace/remove any of my tires, when needed. Prior to this, my vehicle came equipped with the manufactory's wheel locks, which Kings of Kolor used in order to remove the tires from the vehicle to replace the broken axle. Once I noticed the missing wheel locks, I reached out to the body shop owner Jerry, in May 2023, to request a replacement of this item, which he said he would at his earliest convenience. This item was "replaced" in NOVEMBER, and only after I complained to ***** and requested their assistance in getting Kings of Kolor to replace my wheel locks, in October 2023. I am attaching a receipt from my most recent oil change, in which i paid for my tires to be rotated and the technicians were NOT able to do so as none of the wheel locks are compatible to my vehicle's tires. I am requesting Kings of Kolor replace the lost wheel locks to my vehicle, which they lost/failed to return, after they fixed my broken tire axle.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, however, the locks were replaced on 1/15/2024, not a month ago, as stated on business statement. And the locks were replaced only after I physically went into the business with my car to have the issue fixed from MARCH 2023. The resolution took almost an entire year. Please update my response to reflect as is, and close complaint.
