      Alpha Valley Roofing is a very responsible and professional roof company. They are very detailed and explain to the customer the aggregate process. This made us feel better about our roof choice. The quote they gave us was sufficient especially with the current economy.       nunca hago esto pero en este caso muy satisfecha del trabajo, vienieron a hacer la revision del techo a la hora señalada, al siguiente dia vinieron a hacer el trabajo, muy rapido y lo que me prometieron lo cumplieron, Gabriel muy atento a lo que necesitaba.Muchas gracias y definitivamente lo recomendare siempre que tenga oportunidad.

      I never do this, but in this case I am very satisfied with the work. They came to check the roof at the appointed time. The next day they came to do the work very quickly and they fulfilled what they promised me. Gabriel was very attentive to what I needed. Thank you very much and I will definitely recommend him whenever I have the opportunity.

      If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to work on your roof, then look no further. Alpha Valley roofing is a top notch company. From beginning to end, they will ensure that you are informed of the timeline, quality of materials, labor expectancies, and design elements. The Consult: Ruben took care of my initial request for a quote and explained everything with a no hassle approach. He was extremely professional and transparent. He was not a pushy salesman. He was there to ensure that our needs were taken care of. About 5 minutes into our conversation, I felt like I had know Ruben for years. Ruben had images to show us the various products we could purchase. He asked us about what we wanted in our new roof. He never pushed his agenda to install something we didn’t want. Speed: this is where some contractors really mess up, but not Alpha Valley. Alpha Valley worked as quickly as efficiently as possible. They don’t cut corners and they don’t waste the work day clock. There’s nothing more annoying than waiting on false promises from a contractor. You aren’t going to have that kind of experience with Alpha Valley. Our project manager, Jesse, made sure we knew when the materials were being fabricated, installed and completed. They even went the extra mile to add an oven vent that was never installed with the initial construction of our home. Quality: With many businesses trying to cut costs by using cheaper materials, Alpha Valley ensures that you receive high quality materials. They explain what they are using and where it’s coming from. There are no games with Alpha Valley. They give you high quality materials and labor when taking care of your personal investment. I am extremely satisfied with not only the business aspect of the Alpha Valley’s work but their customer care and endurance to having the best experience ever. Quit shopping around and call Alpha Valley. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
