      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. They did a complete re-plum when I remodeled my home in 2017. Since then, EVERY drain within a 20 sq foot area of the bathroom, shower, toilet and washer has had slow leaks. They came out to repair shower two week ago and missed another leak less than four feet away. ****, the general manager thought my frustration was over the top even though I never raised my voice or cursed.These mistakes will end up costing me over twenty thousand dollars and **** wouldn't spend less than a hundred bucks on parts and labor to fix the job. Do not use them. They shuttered the company that did the work to my home and continued the business under another name. I expected so much more from the owner. I'm left with a huge bill.

      Used United Plumbing for new construction. Had several issues near completion of the project. ***** refused to fix or even warranty and of the work they completed. Tried calling, emailing, and messaging several times with no response. Last response I received stated I needed to find someone else to fix their issues and they were not offering a warranty on any of the work they completed since I had another company set toilets and fixtures. (toilets and fixture work was un-related to the install issues)Now we are out extra $$$ and having to shuffle to find someone to come behind and fix their mistakes.

      This company flooded two of my properties due to poor workmanship and cutting corners. They did not offer to show up and help clean the mess. They never offered to compensate me for the approximate $12,000 in damages. I had to call them a dozen times before they offered to make an insurance claim. Then they lied to the insurance company about the events and the claims were denied. The owner has never even attempted to call me despite my requests many times. I had to hire another plumber on multiple occasions to get repairs made when United didnt show up. I gave them every opportunity and even used them right up to the day that the insurance claim was denied. Negative stars. Same owner has ********************************* plumbing so be warned.
