    I paid $13,299.57 for a new bulletproof motor that was to include parts & labor. For months I waited for my truck to be ready & when it finally was i was returned a truck with more mechanical issues. It was leaking lots of oil to the point I was having to add multiple quarts everyday. I returned my truck various times and each time was told the problem was fixed after they kept it in shop for 1 wk or more at a time. The last time I returned the truck it was still leaking oil & multiple ************** were loose & I was told to bring the truck in again for the 6th time & was assured that they would get it fixed this time. Then I was given a run around for weeks they kept my truck again stating that the warranty company for the motor was taking a long time to approve the work & that the head gasket needed to be changed. Then all of a sudden I was told the warranty company denied the claim. I waited weeks & when my truck was returned it still was not fixed after they made me sign a form that the ****** mile warranty after all these times of it going back and forth to the shop had now expired. Then I was told the shop paid $3900 out of pocket for the gasket & replaced it on my last visit there. & once again the truck was still leaking til this day its leaking. I did not get the chance to drive ****** miles as I was constantly having to return for more problems. I paid a lot of hard earned money for a NEW ********* am asking for help to get my motor replaced with a new one as that is what i paid for & did not receive or my money back to find a new one else where.

    So from the start the truck was dropped off and quoted due to being an ex employees uncle after the truck was qouted the truck sat for well over 6months before finally bringing money to get started on the job and from the day 1 we have had issues with the truck being disgusting and in order to do what we needed you have to pull the cab Wich requires being inside the truck to unbolt it not only that but after the truck left he made us aware of the oil leak asked him to drop it back off but he had to have truck to take to work and couldnt wait right then for warranty after fixing that *************** later we were advised it had another oil leak we advised engine company about the leak coming from the head and they said the engine warranty was out of the 12k mile range I personally out of pocket paid for parts and fluids to fix the headgasket and rocker seal to fix the head gasket out of warranty to appease customer after this repair I provided the customer with the warranty invoice showing no charge the invoice also stated that the parts and labor warranty was expired du to the truck having well over the 12k mile warranty limit he not only drove the truck to verify the leak was resolved he took the invoice and returned it the next day and signed it acknowledging the truck was no longer under warranty I will post pictures of the vehicle condition from everytime it was brought in as well as screenshots from the customer showing the language and tone that was used !
