              I had been using Complete Lawn Service for almost 10 years. I randomly had problems such as mowers leaving deep treads in my lawn when they mowed after a rain. Last week, they came in and chopped down my flowers while they were trimming even though flowers we against the house and behind a marked stick - and blooming. Today, they called and dropped me from their service saying they couldn't get competent help. Seems like a customer for a decade that used them not only for lawn service but for tree work would be the last customer you'd want to drop. But they were right, they can't get competent help. I'll be looking elsewhere for service. I'd suggest other people do so as well.

              The customer notified us on 8/22/21 about the issues with the flowers via email. I responded to him via email and spoke with him today. He was told that we would not charge him for mowing his yard on 8/3 and 8/17. We did tell him that we were dropping him as a customer. We know the flower issue was our fault but we are reducing our customer base for mowing because the few good employees we have are overworked and making mistakes. We cannot find enough competent help to apply for the jobs or show up if they are hired. We have even increased our pay rate 20-30% over what we were paying last year.
