    The owner of Nissan of Wichita Falls, *****************************, provided me a lifetime powertrain warranty on a 2015 F350 I purchased from his dealership in July 2020. This was unsolicited by myself and offered free of charge when a major mechanical issue was discovered a couple of days after the purchase of the vehicle. I have all of the text messages, pictures and emails. I thought this was a stand up thing to do. However, when I went to use that warranty on 23 February 2023 I found out from the warranty company that no warranty existed. I contacted ********************** to get his help. After he looked into it he stated that his employee at the time, *************************, did not send the warranty in. He stated that *********** longer worked for him and that he had put him in a bad spot. After ********************** asked me for the estimate of the repair from the **** dealership he stated, "Wow they are really sticking it to you. No way its that high. They are thousands of dollars overpriced." I never heard back from him again. I tried contacting him six separate times over the next two weeks but he never responded. I originally kept the vehicle with the high mileage because I thought I had a lifetime powertrain warranty. I also lost out on the chance to sell the vehicle during the height of the market and prior to the mechanical issue, because I thought I had a warranty. I now have a $5500 repair on a high mileage vehicle and no way to pay for it. He obviously meant to provide me one, but his employee did not follow through and now he will not follow through to make this right.

    Ordered a 600$ part over the phone and went to pick up the part an asked if the part came with a warranty an I was told i have a year warranty for the part nothing else was said.. the Part came in a box an went to install the part & the part had a chip in it. from shipping and handling mind you I payed extra for shipping& I called the next morning to get the part warranty. I was told my WARRANTY part has been Void becuase of instalation. I was never told anything of the possibility of the part being voided. I only had the part for 4 days! No 7 day exception or anything. Adam compared themselves with o'riley auto parts but these guys will buck you out of a replacement part any chance they can get. The box was not stuffed with any kind of stuffing to keep it from breaking. the only thing had a plastic bag and the part in the box. These guys are jokes compared to o'rileys auto! First time customer with the worst experience ever. Are not very informative companie.

    ***** ****** we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. The issue happened to be that you installed the part after you noticed it was damaged. After the part was installed it becomes a used part and we are unable to send it back. If you would have brought the part back when you noticed it was damaged then we could have returned for a new one. This does not fall under warranty coverage.

    We did contact Manufacturer and they informed us they can't return it. Below is there response:

    Sorry, we do not accept claims for parts that have been installed. If the part is damaged internally and not functioning on the vehicle as intended, you may check with your warranty clerk and see if a parts warranty claim can be filed. No credit will be issued on an RFC for this installed part.
