    Tim started working on our trees in the summer of 2021. This year he had been doing work on our trees from time to time until April. April 7 Tim came, told me what had to be done to the trees; did some of the work; I gave him cash and I haven't seen him since. I called and texted several times. The one time he answered the phone he said he was doing work for the city of Seymor, but could come by and finish the work. I still haven't seen him. He still hasn't trimmed our Red Oak, or removed a cement tree ring (that he said just had to be done). I gave him $200 to trim the tree and $150 to remove the tree ring. The phone is going directly to an inbox.
