They forgot to install several splash guards and dividers, as a result of which when it rained in May of 2024 the water was running down the side of the wall and flooding our flowerbed. It’s only after they changed our roof we ran into this problem. We have lived here since 2007 and never had this problem.

When I called them to follow up after an email sent to the owner, he was very rude and cut me off. The main customer service lady ( per this site, I cannot name any one so these roofers can be foul mouthed, and escape being named) told me its "none of your business" when I asked when the owner is returning so I can talk to him about the email I sent him. I trusted them to change the roof twice 1.) in October 2011 when they left out 5 splash guards. I did not realize it then, so when the hail fell again in 2019 I called them again to replace my roof and gutters - this time they left out 4 splash guards. Since 2011, I had to spend $300 to hire people to clean off the black and green stains off the stones on the front of my house due to the missed splash guard on the gutter siting below a very steep valley. 1.) They made omission mistakes and refused to own up to it. They don't want me to use names so I cannot name the person who foresaw the installation the first time or the second time. The one that came the second time was very deceptive and talked over me and wouldn't let me talk. He said he was the expert and he wanted to sell more stuff to me and will not install the missing splash guards. The owner after seeing this review emailed me and asked me to remove this review as a precondition to review the problem. I noticed one of my reviews with all the details was removed, hence this comment. Please use another roofer don't pay and buy aggravation for yourself and be ill-treated.
