First off, the foam works well for insulating the sub-floor of my house. I do take issue with the damage that was caused in the process, and the fact that no restitution was even considered for the damage. Their generator had been stolen so they ran a line to my electric service. They didn’t have a proper fuse, so they were not familiar with my box. I loaned them a fuse, and their supposed Electrician removed my water heater fuse and hooked up their foam unit. When leaving, one of their other workers pulled the breaker, and hammered the water heater fuse back without properly aligning it, resulting in damage to the box. I didn’t realize that that segment was damaged, so my water heater was rendered inoperable. I did not realize that the power segment of the box was damaged until I had replaced the water heater. While spraying near the front porch, foam was sprayed up into the porch, resulting in the wrought aluminum furniture, the eave and the deck to be damaged. I was charged full price, and the Sales Rep told me that he would only replace the damaged electrical box if I were to send him a picture of the damage, which would have required disassembly of my electrical service. I opted to just block off the damaged sector, as I did not trust them to make restitution for the damage that they did.
