            not enter personal information like name, address, phone or account number. There are places to enter that information below, if applicable.REQUIRED Pay double if not triple the price every month. And as of today they are unable to find out why they are not willing to turn my internet on. After I paid a bill due on the 15th of July. July 7th. I have receipts and payments on thier website and my bank as well as hardcopies. No call center to resolve issue.
