I went in for a oil change on 11/30 I pulled in and they told me to turn my lights off on my car. I stated they are automatic and then they proceeded to tell me to shut them off anyway. I then informed them again they will shut off on their own and was then asked for the mileage so the lights stayed on and then they told me again to turn them off. Then one of the workers stuck her arm into my car and turned off my lights for me without permission to do so. Then asked me to reposition my car so then it caused my car lights to turn on again. Then one of the workers in the next bay starts talking about the lights and how I need to turn them off. I asked if my automatic lights affected the oil change at all and they said yes because if my car dies they cant jump my car and I informed them it wont die because its new and once again the lights will shut off automatically. At that point I had enough and told them I would like to leave they said my oil has already been drained so I let them continue with the fact I had no other option. Then the manager finally came up to me and asked what was wrong. I said I didn't want to discuss this anymore I would get with cooperate. She then starts cussing and yelling at me to get out of her shop and I was no longer welcomed. They gave me the okay to turn on my car and continued to scream and cuss at me and tried withholding my receipt. I finally left and called customer service to get a manager but never heard from one and then 2 weeks pass I start hearing a horrible sound from the bottom of my car. I take it into the dealership and they told me due to Take 5 negligence they forgot to put a part back and it has caused damage to the bottom of my car. On 12/19 I filed a claim with take 5 customer service for the damage and on 12/30 a manager finally calls and blames me for the damage to my car and doesn't apologize. I requested someone higher up and sill have yet to get a resolution or refund

Oil change completed on my ****** 08/24/23. When arrived at home my ***** Shield (under the car was dragging the ground). I inspected under my card and the clips to hold the splash shield up were all missing. I ordered new parts. Called the Take 5 corporate and they notified *******? the owner that I would be coming in to have the clips put back on, and a refund for the parts purchased of $53.16. That was on 08/28/23. The manager said I would receive a check in the mail within 2 weeks for the parts. It's slightly over two weeks and no refund. I tried calling both Corporate and the shop and neither will answer the phone. I have left several messages at Corporate. At this point I would like not only the parts refund but also my oil change of $83.85. Since I had left the shop I now have a slow leak in my front tire. Maybe related maybe not, but sure is suspicious.
