DFW Mechanical Group was conducting HVAC maintenance on *************************************************************** The techs have damaged our HVAC and left without telling us. After communicating with the DFW Mechanical account manager ********************* refused to admit it was their fault. ********************* sent us a $5000 proposal for the repair and new parts, after we paid the proposal, he refused to provide any more repair or refund.Initial Complaint

Date 8/17/21 vendor claimed their workers spent 19 hours of overtime to repair our plumbing issue in our public restroom. Overtime wages $3,562.50 Date 9/20/21 vendor claimed they spent 7 hours of overtime to repair a leak in our boiler room. Overtime wages $1,312.50 Workers did not stay passed 5PM on both occurrences. They could not provide sign in and out record to show their time. The owner was non responsive when we confronted with the issue. It was impossible for 2 employees who spent 2 days for each job to have that much overtime. They simply took the words of their employees without evidence. They filed a lien against our business. We had to pay the invoices.
