8/24. I paid for Azova services to have them monitor a covid test. To get reimbursed by my insurance, they need to send me documentation. They had me call the number and push option 4. No one answers that line. I communicated with their chat service that refused to help, just sending me canned messages telling me to call the line. I told them no one is answering and they are not helping. I cannot get through to anyone and need to for reimbursement. Please help me by getting them to contact me to resolve this issue - or they can just refund my money.Business response

We apologize for the confusion that you have had in getting this answered. The only information that we provide is a receipt of purchase. This can be found within your Azova Account with the "Orders" tab. Based on this information it is up to your insurance to accept your request for reimbursement.
