My little girl fell down the stairs, one day when we came back from a run and hurt her back and one of her legs to the point where she had to use the wheelchair. After having her on extends for a period of time, I could see a little bit of progress, but not a lot, so it for about a month And side her go backwards in her abilities. So I ended up putting her back on again and within a month she was up walking better and a lot further than I expected ever to do again. And I couldn't be happier for both myself and for her. She hasn't used her wheelchair in a long time now, so I'm sold on this product

My almost 12 year old American ***** (100+ pounds) was having such severe mobility issues, my husband and I were having conversations about his quality of life. After 2 weeks on Extend, our boy is able to get up from a sitting or lying position so much better, and has actually trotted around our yard and through our house on a daily basis! I cant wait to see him continue to improve. I recommend this product to my friends with pets. I wish there was a formula for cats, as I also have feline-loving friends.

I truly believe that this supplement gave my yellow lab, *******, four additional years of high quality life. I first started him on it when he was 11 years and showing signs of hip and hind leg problems. We had tried a few other supplements over the previous months with no improvement. Within two weeks of using Extend, we noticed that ******* could get up easier from a laying position. He started to bring his ball to us wanting to play fetch. He went from a state where we were considering euthanasia to keep him from suffering, to acting like young pup again. I wish I had known about this product earlier - I believe that if we would have used it a few years earlier, ******* would still be with us today. At least I can say that his quality of life for his last four years seemed better than his previous years, thanks to Extend. ******* passed away this spring at the age of 15 and a half. If we decide to adopt another dog, Extend will most certainly be a part of its diet regimen.

It didnt work at all. Remember that it is only a thirty day guarantee, so if you want to try it for longer ( as they suggest) you will not get a full refund. Its interesting that the reviews are much more varied on this site than the companies site!?

I have read the negative comments. I can only say the following about my dog's results within 2 weeks of being on the product at 1/2 pkg-dose per day: My 16 year old, gorgeous mini-daschie Pebbles is just as happy as I am. I have seen a staggering improvements! She no longer loses her rear end and legs except for a wobble every now and ten. She no longer drags her rear legs. She no longer falls over. She no longer just sits or lays all day. She no longer falls into her own urine but can now stand and squat as normal. She normally only has a 2" clearance during the squat anyway and is now back to supporting herself while she does it. She no longer sits while trying to eat or drink. She is no longer sad. She is running, jumping, and extremely happy. I am no longer sad. I now see at least another 3 to 4 years (based on my 40 yrs of having *******'s running my life!) of good health and life with her before it's her natural time to go.There was an error in my original order which was to be a one-time purchase. Instead I got signed up for auto-ship each month and rec'd another 30-day supply today. I called **************** (CS) and told them about the dosage being 1/2 daily and that I still had a 30-day supply from the original purchase PLUS the new box of a 60-day supply for her based on 1/2 dosage/daily. I had absolutely no problem w/their CS. They answered promptly, were clearly and easily understandable, listened politely until I was completely done with my story and then promptly took care of me to my complete satisfaction. Before ordering, I was able to read that some dogs simply don't adjust to the product, some needed 2 pkgs, AND that the dosage was 1 pkg/day. I read/researched the ingredients. Don't see how someone can use it 19 mos on 1 dog who was put down over joint issues, and then turn around and use it ANOTHER 17 mos on another dog AND THEN CLAIM IT DOESN'T WORK. WHY use it a 2nd time for 17 mos if it didn't work the 1st time?

Do your research and disregard testimonials about extends because its not possible to get the misleading results they claim with this product After using this product for my last 2 dogs I had not noticed a helpful result so i looked at the ingredients and researched other brands supplements. As stated on package a single Extend dose is a ***** mg serving with the main ingredient of beef liver powder for flavor. Beef liver powder is the majority of a *****mg dosage? Why is the amount, in mg, of each ingredient (BEEF LIVER POWDER) not on label? Why is there no recommended serving size per the size of the animal? In comparison to another supplement like dasuquin with msm you will see recommended serving sizes per weight of animal, and itemized ingredients with mg weights. The main ingredient in a dose of Dasuquin is 900mg of glucosamine. My main issue is that I thought for way too long that I was doing all I could do to support my dogs needs but i was actually neglecting them and wasting my money. My first dog ultimately had to be put down due to hip/joint issues after being on the supplement for 19 months starting at the age of 8. My second dog is 6 and has been on the extends for 17 months and currently shows signs (stiffness, slow getting up) of needing joint supplements. My opinion/experience aside I recommend you steer clear based on the information you can gather about the ingredients or lack there of.

Due to health issues, my vet was reviewing all medications being given to my dog. I called extendpets to ask for the dosage of the ingredients and they refused to share that with me so I was unable to tell my vet what I was giving to my dog. Super fishy- I will no longer buy medications if the seller refuses to provide information concerning the health of my animal.

******* thank you for your feedback, please feel free to email me directly if you have not been refunded. Dogs do respond uniquely to supplements or change in diet. There are some precautions on the website and box indicating if your dog has a shell fish allergy in addition some dogs do have gastrointestinal discomfort from glucosamine.
