    I set up a stretch appointment less than 24 hours before appointment time on 10/3. I was sick on the morning and called in to cancel appointment. I got charged for this. I disputed the charge and was told that the manager would call to resolve the dispute. About 1 1/2 months went by, with me calling, going in to location, and finally emailing. No response from owner. I was able to touch base with agent who informed me that I would receive a free massage. I booked an appointment for 11/13. When I went to the location for my appointment time, I was told that the therapist was out sick. So, they never called me to inform me and wanted me to re-schedule. Ok, re-scheduled for 12/7. I receive a call 4 hours prior to my appointment time that the therapist is out sick and they want me to re-schedule. So, I get charged when I was sick and didnt have a chance to give a 24 hour advance notice, but when it comes to therapist being sick, one time they dont inform me at all and the 2nd time they inform me 4 hours before! I asked for a refund at this point and was told that my information would be passed on to the owner. Still have not heard anything as of today 12/14. I want my money refunded.

    Buyer Beware! There are multiple complaints for this location registered with agencies like the Better Business Bureau and the ************************** as well a ****** Reviews and those like ******. The owner of this franchise is difficult to work with. Calls are not returned when concerns need to be addressed and contract terms are not upheld by the business owner. This owner threatens clients with freezing accounts to outright cancellations of memberships. In my case my account was frozen (meaning I could not use and services even though I have nearly two years of prepaid visits) while fees continue to be collected from me. I sincerely hope this review keeps others from falling victim to this franchise owners questionable business practices.
