My husband placed an order about 2 years ago - on Nov 27 (order #****) and has not heard a thing. We have reached out constantly since the order was placed with never a response in return. We have emailed, phoned, texted, and private messages through social media so many various forms of contact were made. We still do not know the status of this order or the option of a refund.Initial Complaint

This company has gone dark, won't answer phone or emails. I've been buying my wife gift certificates for this company for a few years and they total $400. This company makes silhouettes out of family pictures so we have been saving up because they are expensive. at this point, if the company can't produce the silhouette, I would be happy to have my $400 refunded. I can't get anyone to respond to my many inquiries, through phone, email, and social media.Initial Complaint

On March 8, 2022 I placed an order with Vonjet Silhouettes online and provided all the necessary information to begin and complete the order. They provide custom silhouette art in the form of necklaces and wall art. I ordered a necklace a few years prior and received the product after approximately a year. Although I was unhappy with the wait, the product is good quality and my wife desired a silhouette necklace for our second daughter. I ordered it in March 8, 2022 and have not yet received the product as of June 20, 2023. I have attempted to make contact and numerous occasions but Vonjet Silhouettes has not responded. Ideally, I would like the product. However, if they are not able to provide it, I would be content with a full refund of $119.59.Initial Complaint

Purchased 3 Wooden silhouettes from this company 5/10/22 for a late Mothers Day gift. Page stated a 4 week turnaround but up to 12 weeks of ran into shortage issue. I messaged end of June to check on progress with no reply. Contacted phone number in July with a generic “we are behind and will check on your order”. Contacted after and no reply. Had my husband contact 9/23/22 and was sent the proofs that day with a promise of expediting the order and we would receive in 10/-12 business days. Multiple texts without replies and a few with replies of “please don’t get an attorney involved” and “give me 4 more weeks”. No longer answers phone calls. Can’t leave a message because his voicemail box is full. $355 that I cannot receive backInitial Complaint

I ordered a product from Vonjet Silhouettes on April 9, 2022. I have ordered from this company before so I knew the product would take a while to be produced since it was custom. When I had not heard any update on the status of my order after the allotted time frame had ended I contacted the company via email, calling, text, and over social media. I attempted contact with the company on the following dates: 8/1/22 8/3/22 8/4/22 8/9/22 8/12/22 8/19/22 8/27/22 8/31/22 9/12/22 9/17/22 9/24/22 9/25/22 11/13/22 11/19/22 11/26/22 12/1/22 12/12/22 12/30/22 1/7/23 1/11/23 1/21/23 2/16/23 2/27/23 3/9/23 3/10/23 3/13/23 3/14/23 I have received contact back 4 times from all of these attempts, with the Dane W******** claiming he would get me my product. Recently, has has assured me on specific dates that he would update me on my order. Each time he has failed respond to my contacts. He has provided no proof that he will ever accomplish this job nor has he provided me with the ability to get my money back.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from this company on March 22 2022. They said upfront there would be a 12 week back order due to materials. Which I accepted. However after about 16 weeks I hadn’t received an update. I emailed them with no response on July 6th and again on July 17th. I recently emailed asking for a refund. I purchased a necklace from Vonjet with the silhouettes of my three children July 30, 2022. Since it’s custom made it said on their website it could take up to twelve weeks. It is now January 22,2023 and I have not received any updates on the progress of my necklace. I have contacted them multiple times by email , the contact form on their website and even left a message on their voicemail with no response. At this point, I would like a refund of my $141.00 I have paid them.Initial Complaint

On January 7th, 2022 I purchased a wooden silhouette (a purchase I had made 3 times prior to this and was completely satisfied with the product delivered and would have given them a high recommendation) for the total cost of $131. My order was #****. In the past they delivered the items I purchased after 8-12 weeks. When I purchased and paid for this fourth silhouette, there was no indication that there would be any kind of delay in receiving my order. Over the course of the year I have contacted Vonjet Silhouettes by: *Phone--I've called (###-###-####) at least 10 times at various times of day and left messages requesting an update *Email--I've sent multiple emails (to [email protected]) respectfully inquiring as to the delay and when I can expect my order -I have never gotten any kind of reply to these inquiries *Facebook Messenger--I wrote and received a reply from a person who says she is not the owner, but just a facebook representative who has replied three times saying she has tried to contact the business owner for an update and was unable to. At the point that 1 year has now past since placing and paying for my order, I thought it might be helpful to file this complaint in hopes they might pay more attention to it than to my prior inquiries. My wife ordered a custom silhouette for Mother's day on April 29th. The purchase was for $189. We did not hear anything until my wife reached out to their customer service in August. After several back and forths with them, the finally told us that our order was being processed in September. After no word about the product being shipped by October, my wife contacted them again, this time without any response. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge as of today, December 28th. Looking at other complaints, it appears that I am not alone in my experience.Initial Complaint

Paid $146 for a silhouette of my child. I thought the company was legitimate since I had bought 2 others about 4 years ago. However after 3 months of waiting and zero communication after multiple attempts, I think this company is just scamming people. I want my money back.
