      Date of Transaction: August 25th 2021 Amount Paid: 166.23 Nature of dispute: I placed my order for a custom silhouette and it said it would ship within 8 weeks. It has now been 33 weeks and I have not received my order. I reached out months ago via instagram and they said it was coming up soon. I reached out again asking for an update and the lady said she did not know when my order was coming up and that she could not assist with a refund but to send an email. I sent an email last week asking for a refund and they never responded. Order Number: #****

      I have ordered a wooden Silhouette from this company on 9/5/2021 and have not received it but was charged on day of purchase $131.00. After multiple attempts to reach out to the company I receive a email response saying orders will now ship between 12 and 15 weeks from date of order. After not receiving my Silhouette I reached out again via text message to the owner and on January 17, 2022 I receive the following response: Hi! We’re not actually open today but I just looked at your order and it’s about 10 days from shipping :). It’s in production now. I’m so sorry for all the supply chain delays. Everything is getting sorted though. It is now April 5, 2022 and I have not received my order. I have not received any responses from the owners after January 17th. I reached out to the person handling the social media accounts and was informed that from what she can see my Oder is not yet being processed. I have read through their social media accounts and it seems like other customers have the same problem.

      After saving for several months, I finally made a purchase with Vonjet Silhouettes on 12/29/21 for a total of $189 which came directly out of my account. I was told it could take up to 12 weeks for my delivery. Last week, I checked in with the company to see the status of my order. I sent a Facebook message on March 24th, 2022 since I will be giving this as a very important gift next month and getting anxious. I heard back from the social media coordinator later the same day stating they are very far behind, 18-30 weeks. I have since emailed the company 3 different times asking for a status update and eventually for my money back, but I am still getting no response. I checked their Facebook page yesterday to see several customers complaining of the same issue. Some ordered last August and have still not received their product, and the company is apparently not responding to emails. I would like a status update as soon as possible and if my product will not be here by mid April, which is still later than the date I was given, then I would like my money back now. Thank you.

      I purchased a multiple profile silhouette from them in late March for $292. After having to contact the company numerous times in regards to why my order had not been delivered in the promised time frame, I finally received a shipment 10/1/21. I opened it to see that the silhouette was broken in 2 places. I contacted customer service and supplied the needed documentation and was told it would be replaced ASAP. I have since received no communication and any attempt on my part has been ignored.

      Last November, my family purchased two Vonjet Silhouettes for a Christmas gift. There was no notification of delays, but we did not receive the silhouettes until April. The silhouettes were not recognizable as the photos/children were represented and the company agreed to redo them (Melanie was the employee who said the artist at Vonjet didn't do a reasonable job, communication by email) and promised to send new proofs, but then went silent until August when I contacted them again and after much resistance (Kim was the employee/owner I communicated with this time, again by email) and asking for paper trails they went silent yet again. I contacted them again in October and they agreed to redo the silhouettes but then went silent again. I contacted their social media in Nov/early Dec and the person there tried to get Kim to respond but couldn't. She apologized for Kim not responding, but here we are a year later and I don't have a usable product. At this point, I either need them to redo the work they promised twice to do or to refund. I'm choosing finish the job in the dropdown below, but a refund is acceptable as well, since I can't imagine they'd actual do the work at this point. I can forward emails if necessary, but I'm not sure what you need specifically to pursue. It's a small business and I've already been in contact with the owner, so she'll know the situation.

      I placed an order on 4/18/2021. Order was confirmed. Order #**** for $228.00. I started to inquire about my order on 8/29/21. I would receive feedback about shortages with wood from the pandemic but was informed that my order was in production and was just painted and should be shipped within 1 week. I was told again on 9/14/21 that my order was in the next batch to be shipped. I was then told on 10/6/21 that I should get a shipping notice within a few days. I have not gotten any responses back by email as of 10/21/21. I have spoken with Dane, the owner, several times and he assured that my order was ready to ship and apologized for the delay. I received a shipping notice on 10/26/21 showing that a shipping label was created. There has been no update since. I am not getting any email responses. I cannot get a phone call returned. I actually got "butt dialed" by the owner twice last week but then he would not answer when I tried to call back. I have requested to either get my money back or receive the product that I was charged for. I would appreciate any help you can offer. I have reached out via Facebook messenger and they told me the owner would contact me but again no response.

      I placed an order with VJS on May 2nd, at which time the website stated a 4-6 week turnaround time. On June 2nd I contacted for an update and said that they were impacted by COVID and now had a 16 week turnaround. I asked for another update on August 15th. They responded saying they were restocking supplies by the following week. 20 weeks post order, on 9/19, I asked for an update and I was told that my order was "in production and shouldn't be much longer". I checked in again on October 14th and November 1st (25 week mark) and have not received any response. There has been no proactive communication at all from VJS. I have had to chase every update and have not been given honest timelines (screenshots attached). There's no indication on their website or social media pages of a delay (screenshots attached). I tried reaching out via social media and was told that my order had to be resubmitted to the woodshop and could not given a quote on timing. Their website currently gives a 12 week turnaround time (screenshot attached).
