December, 2023, agreed to sign up for something on their site. Price was $199.99 and every month since them I have attempted to cancel this. I;ve called the company, contacted support @***************** and even attempted to contact owner Sean W***** on socialI cannot reach this company. network to cancel this and stop this withdrawal. No answer or contact t has been successful. I want the $2,199.89 returned to my account. The company had my visa number but has somehow gotten my account numberwhich they were never given, and continues to take this money from my account. I placed an order with lions not sheep on 10/4 and received 1 or 2 items actually orderd, it was the OG mesh back hat and liberty basketball jersey, I received the the jersey, black wallet thing and white Tee, I have been reaching out since 10/19 when my order arrived and was missing the hat, I’ve emailed a dozen times and calling the CS # gets you to another # that the mailbox is full. It’s simple I ordered several shirts, hat and sweatshirt from them. I received all of my orders items. I received a long sleeve shirt with a rip in it. I have called them a few times and no answer and no answering machine. I have emailed them several times to their business email and to their Facebook messenger. I have not got any response at all from them. So I have given up. I have even commented on their post in hope to get a response and nothing.Initial Complaint

Placed an order a few months back. Waited almost 2 months for order to be delivered. Once the order was received. I noticed a letter in the box stating that and item was missing. I was given a $50 credit code to use at checkout on my next order. The item I ordered was $55 not $50, anyhow, went to use the credit code on their site and code did not work. I placed multiple calls and sent multiple emails regarding the situation. No response. I truly support what this company stands for. However, I do not stand for their customer service. I purchased a shirt from Lions Not Sheep on Sep 18th, 2023. I received an email stating order #****** was confirmed but they still have not sent me what I purchased. I emailed them on October 7th asking if they had shipped it but got no response. I then emailed them again on Oct 12th and still no response. I emailed them again on Oct 15th and finally on the 17th they responded with "We apologize for the delay. We are currently in the process of moving our warehouse. Our team is working diligently to get your order sent out to you as quickly as possible." I gave it another week and they still have not sent it. So now after 35 days, I have asked for a refund or for them to ship the shirt. I honestly don't care which. I am just beyond upset that a company can take your money and run.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase on 9/9/2023 from Lions Not Sheep for $63.52 for a sweat shirt but still have not received it. I tried calling the customer service number, mail box was full. I emailed the team and received a note back that said they were moving warehouses and my order would be delayed. Here it is 10/20/2023 and I have not received any further communication from Lions Not Sheep about the status. At this point I phoned my credit card company and have set a dispute to get my money back. This is bad business taking peoples hard earned money and not supplying what they purchased. The owner, Sean Whalen needs to make this right, his message is one I can get behind but I sadly believe he is just a fraud! I want all to know, DO NOT BUY FROM LIONS NOT SHEEP! I purchased an item on 9/30/2023 via applepay. The payment has been processed and removed from my account. I never received any confirmation from the company. When i reached out via email I received no response. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions the phone rang and rang until it came up with voicemail full. I reached out to the owner Sean Whalen on social media who immediately began attacking me publicly and has since blocked me so that I cannot access him to try again. I now have a tracking number that was supposedly assigned on October 9 but the item has not been tendered to USPS as of today's date. I ordered a hoodie on 10-1-2023. My credit card was charged. I have yet to receive my merchandise. My order # is ******. I have attempted to reach out to this company multiple time VIA email and telephone ###-###-####. No answer and the voicemail box is full. I have read a multitude of reviews where people have ordered and not received merchandise over the last 12 months. (Shame on me for not reading reviews before placing the order). At this point I am requesting a full refund as I would not advertise for this company with their logo on my hoodie based solely off the lack of customer service I have experienced. I purchased products from this company on September 23rd. Since then I have received zero communication on the status of my purchase although I have sent multiple emails and made countless calls that will not go through! One such phone number always goes to VM, the other one is full and cannot take messages.
