      Jim came out in August to measure and showcase the product. We decided on an outdoor retractable shade with the material and color we wanted. At the time he said the screen would not be in until middle of October. I have tried to contact via text and cell and he has not returned any of my contact attempts. I would just like our $1,200 deposit back as I can’t trust this company. Any help with this company would be appreciated.

      I paid Jim a $3,200 deposit 8/6/22 for outdoor screens. He quoted me a 2 month timeframe to get the equipment in. As of 11/4/22 I've been calling, texting, and leaving voicemails with no response. His voicemail box is full. Looking like I've been scammed, based on Google reviews, many others are in the same situation.

      On June 2nd, Jim B***** came and measured our home for a retractable shade. He gave us a lead time of 12 weeks, and took a deposit of $1400. I have attempted to reach him numerous times to obtain an update on the installation date, but his VM is full and will not accept messages, he does not return texts, or emails. Originally I said if there were supply chain delays I understood but wanted to hear back. Since I have had no response at all, and now gone on-line to find that I'm not alone in my situation, I simply want my deposit refunded. I have no desire to work with this company. At this point I'm treating this as a scam, since he insisted on taking a check for the deposit, which gives me no options with my CC companies.

      I have repeatedly tried to call and text this business to fix cables that broke on one of my retractable screens they installed. Also tried submitting the form on the website. I have been ignored no response at all. Message box is full so I can no longer leave a voice message on the number. I do not understand the horrible customer service and no responses especially for a repair they could do in a few minutes.

      Originally had Dan install the remote screen since then he is not with them anymore both I my wife has been calling to no avail THE OWNER of this new company JIM has come out 2 times to attempt to fix this problem and has NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL OR FOLLOW UP for over 8 months!!! He put in a temporary fix manual took the broken part left my window a mess said he would return in a few days an 8 months later nothing... I have all the documentation, photos when he came out last time let him know I have it all recorded.

      Oct 23, 2021 Amount $10,325.00 Purchase and install of automated blinds for our vacation home. Deposit of $10,325.00 was made in October of 2021 committed install date of Jan 2022. since the deposit Jim has only answered his phone one time and will not respond to emails, voicemails or text messages. We are looking for updates with no avail. I am well aware of lead time variation especially in these times, however the lack of communication and refusal to respond to efforts of communication is making me uneasy with this transaction. I seek to have communication with a guaranteed install date or a full refund of our purchase
