    Peachy Cleaners were hired for an exorbitant amount to deep clean my daughters ****sf home. Her 6yr daughter has serious health issues, and with a broken ankle, five young children to care for, and her husband away serving his country, it has been really difficult to keep up. She needed someone to come in and do a professional job. ******* assured that they provided, in her words, white glove service! The house was picked up and ready for cleaning. ******* showed up on time to clean, and brought her boyfriend and her mom. My daughter went over each room. Everything needed to be clean top to bottom, including walls, light switch plates, baseboards, etc. Everything. Deep cleaned. ******* knew it needed to be meticulous. With the understanding that it needed to be done right, a price was agreed on, we took the kids and left them to their cleaning. ******* was supposed to call 30min before she finished so we could get back to inspect. Instead, she called when they were done and ready to leave, and said they needed to get going and just needed to be paid via Venmo. She said if anything was missed or needed to be touched up, they would be happy to come back and do so. Upon returning home, we found that they did an extremely shoddy job. The house was filthy. Shelves and furniture were still dusty, crumbs and dried drops of milk still on the kitchen floor. The carpets were lightly vacuumed to give the appearance that effort had been made, but there was debris around all the edges. Not one windowsill had been cleaned, showers and toilet bowls had not been scrubbed, and the bathrooms were altogether filthy. After paying nearly $900, which included a healthy tip, for a white glove deep cleaning service, we were disgusted. ******* refused to come back. She was shown pictures. She didnt care. She refused to return to clean, or even partially refund any money. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unethical.
