Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Any return requests made outside of 14 days of purchase will not be honored. Products must be in the original, unopened packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns.

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team by calling the location studio or by emailing [email protected] within the 14-day period to initiate a return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you a return authorization email with return instructions.
Return to Store: If you are returning the products to the store, we will coordinate a time for you to do so. Hours may vary by day and by location.
Shipping: If you ship the product back to us, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your total refund. Refunds will not be issued until we are in possession of your return.
Inspection: Upon receipt, products will be inspected to ensure they meet return conditions.
Refund: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
