I can giive them, maybe 1 or 2 stars. **** the main salesman needs to be the manager, because he understands customer service. I drove up from Salt Lake, actually twice to look at this particular truck. 2nd time, Chariot Auto Sales let me drive it back to SLC to let my mechanics check it out. I thought that was great. The problems with the vehicle started as soon as I left the lot. I got it on a rack, it was sooo muddy underneath (and the engine compartment) my mechanic couldn't even make a fair analysis. At my expense, I took it to an industrail truck wash and had it cleaned. There was a knock I couldn't figure out. I thought it might be the tires. Planned on getting it back on the rack the next morning for the next examination. Reversed ************************************** my driveway. Actually I get it, its a used vehicle and it happened. What I wasn't expecting was to PAY the *** charge back to Clearfield. Discussions with the *******************, were not good customer service....certainly I haven't been the only one in 27 years that test drove a vehicle and had problems. It was almost a GO on spending $20,000 for the truck, but I'll take the $60 wash fee and the $180 Towing Fee expense before all the redflags started showing up. The salesman **** understood. I wouldn't deal with anyone but **** again. I also "assumed" that since Chariot Auto Sales is a Auto Dealership, wouldn't they have a mechanic to certify each used vehicle and also have a busines relationship for towing.Just to move on, They offered to pay 1/2 the towing fee. I just counted it up as an experience expense, and if the dearlership wanted to donate to the UKARIAN crisis they could.Would I buy from them again, probably with **** and a certified check list of the mechanics of the vehicle.
