      I would leave no stars if I could. The person detailing my boat did not clean anything that was zipped closed or if a cabin was closed - never opened anything. Just cleaned what he saw and did not do a good job at that!The cabin door was closed so it was never cleaned. The head door was closed so it wasn't cleaned. He almost did not clean the bow until I told him to unzip the covering. This man had no experience that I could tell that he had ever cleaned a boat. The windows were not cleaned well. He charged me extra to take care of some small spots of mold. It's a boat...there is always a little mold. (BTW- last year they cleaned everything including the roof!) I had this company clean this boat last year and they sent 2 guys who knew what they were doing so I called them again. I will not make that mistake again. When I called to complain, they wanted to send the same guy to finish the job. I told them I wanted someone with experience on a boat, not the same guy. It would have been a waste of my time.

      The customer booked a ************************* service for her boat. Before booking, she was informed that mold removal was not included in the standard service and would incur an additional charge. She refused to pay extra for the mold removal, but the detailer, in an effort to be accommodating, cleaned the mold free of charge. Additionally, he cleaned her zip-up walls at no extra cost to be helpful.While the detailer was still on-site cleaning her boat, she contacted customer service with some concerns. We reached out to the detailer, who confirmed he was still working and assured us he would fully address her concerns.After completing the job, the detailer asked the customer to inspect the boat. She expressed her satisfaction and signed a form confirming the work was completed to her satisfaction and agreeing to pay for the service. However, a week later, she emailed us with complaints about the detailing.We promptly responded, reiterating that the detailer had cleaned the areas in question and expressing our willingness to return and address any remaining concerns. Despite our multiple offers to resolve her issues, she refused to allow us to return. We sincerely apologize if she was not happy with the service, and we made numerous efforts to rectify any dissatisfaction.

      Paid a rush fee to have someone come out and clean my truck within roughly 36 hours of me booking the appt. Person was generally timely and seemed to listen to us before we left for the evening. When we got back, we saw quickly that they did more of a general cleaning and it was NOT a detail. We emailed with some rough photos of the "after" to NDP **** and they claim that they only provide a new person to come out and do work, not a credit in any scenario (except for what you tipped which in the grand scheme of the cost is basically nothing). My opinion is that I shouldn't have to work around their schedule to get a good job done that I paid hundreds of dollars for the first time around. **************** after the fact was disorganized and the manager was downright rude and disrespectful. I don't see an option to leave images with this review but I also left a review on ****** so feel free to go see the photos of their work the first time around. I also don't have the room to link all of the email back and forth but that was out of this world bad customer service as well. I would recommend finding someone else for the price of this company. You run a risk of having a bad job done and then it becomes your problem to have them back out to you to fix it.

Upon being notified of any issues, we promptly offered to rectify them at your convenience, recognizing that certain imperfections may not have been readily apparent in the evening hours.Despite our willingness to address any concerns, we acknowledge your decision to decline our offer for a follow-up visit on multiple occasions. In an effort to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, we extended a courtesy discount of $40 towards your service. It's important to clarify that this discount was not intended to retract the tip given to the detailer, as that rightfully belongs to them; rather, it was a gesture to express our regret and willingness to accommodate your preference for a monetary adjustment over a revisit.We genuinely value your feedback and remain dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Should you reconsider, we are still more than willing to schedule a revisit or address any remaining concerns to your satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in our service

      There was some confusion in setting up the appointment. The staff worked with me and got everything settled, even with me changing things a few times.The detailers themselves were spectacular. I got the premium indoor package. They spent over 3 hours. 13 years of grease, dust and grime was all gone.
