    I am filing a complaint to this creditor named Kornerstone , I have never heard of this company or never did I signed a contract with them nor I never received a policy agreement from this creditor named Kornerstone , I demand that this company removes the credit bad debt reported to my credit file which I never applied to or never signed a contract with them.

    I have been a victim of identity theft with this account. The information I provided to the company was not obtained through their *********** requesting removal

    Kornerstone takes fraud allegations very seriously and has flagged Mr. ****** account for investigation. We have been able to get in contact via phone with Mr. ***** to explain the fraud reporting and investigation process and have sent the fraud investigation documentation to the email listed in this complaint. For status updates on this investigation, Mr. ***** can contact our fraud department at ************, Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm MST.

    I am not liable for this debt with kornerstone credit, I do not have a contract with *********************** LLC, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    Kornerstone was able to locate an account containing the same email address and phone number listed in ******************** complaint. Kornerstones records indicated that ****************** received his delivery, in good condition, on August 22, 2020. ****************** made payments on the account with some payments returning or declining. ******************** last successful payment was on January 18, 2021. 

    We attempted to reach ****************** via SMS and Phone calls multiple times per week from October 26, 2020 until May 4, 2021 without success.  ********************** account was charged off on March 1, 2021 due to non-payment. On August 22, 2021, Kornerstone sent the account to Security ********************** Services due to non-payment. Aside from SCS, Kornerstone has not sent the account to any other third-party.

    As such, Kornerstone is no longer the owner of ******************** account and is not involved with the information listed on ******************** credit report. Regarding this complaint, ****************** can seek a resolution by contacting Security Credit Services by phone at ************ or by mail at **************************************. SCS should be able to provide details on the documentation regarding the account and any information on a credit report.

    My fiance and I purchased furniture using this credit company. We ran behind on our payments because we both lost our jobs. We were informed by this company that if we donate the furniture and send the receipt along with pictures of all items, they would dismiss our loan. However, we keep getting phone calls from them saying we owe money. When we asked to speak to the returns department, they are always conveniently unavailable. We are never able to get a hold of them.

    I purchased a 5 piece dining set from Jazzie Rae Furniture in Crestview FL. IT was a lease purchase program, which I used in the past without any issues whatsoever. I placed the order January 7th and paid a deposit of $58 and expected delivery within 2 weeks, I was informed it would be January 31st, which would still get the dining set to me prior to Super bowl Sunday. The delivery driver arrived February 8th with a table but did not have the chairs I ordered. I was informed that they were somehow forgotten, misplaced or lost but reordered and would be delivered expediated even, I waited another week and cancelled the order by phone and also by email. Referring to their own lease agreement stating consumers may cancel within 4 months, well I am within that 4 months, and also have not received what I ordered and asked Jazzie Raes to pickup the table as I would not sign off n receipt and will be cancelling. I notified Jazzie Raes and Kornerstone Kredit that my lease #********* was being cancelled due to non receipt of merchandise and they still charged my acct for the payment but my bank reversed all charges. I am very upset with the fraudulent and shady business practices taken by Kornerstone when they clearly received notice by phone communication, email and usps delivery of a cancellation of the lease notice. I would like Kornerstone Kredits business practices audited and regulated so that they cannot continue this predatory lending tactics on consumers.

    As per Ms. *****’s attached lease agreement, Kornerstone’s records also indicate that she signed her lease agreement on January 6, 2024, for a 5-piece Coaster Dining set from Jazzie Raes. Kornerstone’s records also indicate that Ms. ***** received the table from her dining set without the chairs on February 7, 2024, with the chairs scheduled to be delivered the following week. Ms. ***** initiated the return process on February 8, 2024, prior to the delivery of the chairs. As shown in the attached files, the return document is blank and was never completed due to the non-return of the dining table which is in her possession. As per the return policy, the dining table needs to be returned to the store by Ms. ***** to complete the return process. Ms. ***** has placed Kornerstone on a do not contact preference, therefore, if Ms. ***** can give our returns department a call at ###-###-####, we will be able to assist her in completing her return process and refund of her initial payment. Ms. ***** can also email in her table return receipt to *********************************.

    I leased furniture from this business. Near the end of my lease I am being charged late fees. The business claims that the amount I agreed to pay every two weeks has been denied. However my bank has no record of any charge from this business. The business claims I have 6 payments left on my lease however the payments they claim I owe is well over $1000. On their app it says I only owe $300. They charge my around 176 every two weeks. I have attempted to get a copy of my lease however they cannot provide me a copy. I do believe this business is conducting shady practices as well as overcharging and stealing money from their consumers. I have documentation showing these unprecedented actions.

    There is a collection account on my ********************** report from ORIONS MANAGEMENT GROU which lists KORNERSTONE CREDIT as the original creditor of the account. I don't recall having an account with your company. Can you please send debt validation for the account number ******. I will need to see the original contract bearing my signature along with a copy of my identification such as my ID and ssc because my information was compromised in the ************ breach. I will also need to see the forward flow agreement along with correspondence informing me that the account was being sold. If I had this, I would have known about this account and could have disputed sooner. Please inform me as to what the balance is and how much the account was sold to ORIONS MANAGEMENT GROU. Also provide me with the **** form since this account was written off. If you cannot provide all of the information requested, and if you have not done an investigation into the ************ breach claim when I have already provided my claim number, then please contact the collection agency and have them remove this account due to inaccurate reporting and the possibility of being taken to small claims court per violation of the **** and FDCPA regulations.

    Kornerstone conducted an investigation and verified that the account in question does not belong to ****************. Kornerstone has since marked the subject account as being fraudulent and has instructed all third parties to do the same and to remove any credit marks or inquiries. Kornerstone has confirmed that the subject account has been fully removed from third party debt collector, Security Credit Services system and credit reporting. Furthermore, Kornerstone has closed the subject account as Fraud Identify-Theft.

    This company is a rip off and scam. I spoke with two reps who informed me to different totals when trying to payoff this account. Each time ******* continue to increase the payoff. They will not honor the original amount $1140 which was initially offered.

    I've been trying to open an online account to pay my lease off. Saturday 10/21 the website wouldn't not let me sign up due to a glitch with entering your birthdate. Sunday try #2. Same problem. So Monday, 10/23 I was able to enter my birthdate correctly and sign up. Just so happens the 90 day option expired the day before. I called **************** and the gentleman I spoke with tried to get an approval for me to pay off the fee hundred left over. But they would not approve it. Not even 24 hours late due to a glitch on thier website! So now I have to pay off at a"special discount of $16xx". I literally owed a few hundred and made the effort to pay it off on time through thier portal. I would Iike the company to honor the 90 day payoff. I shouldn't be held responsible to pay the full amount due to a problem on thier website.
