5 starsSarah Gibbons is my favorite boutique. She has been my go to for fashion items and Ive been 100% satisfied with all of my purchases. 5 starsI’m a customer of Simply Obsessed w/ Sarah Gibbons. She always has the cutest things, great prices, gives back, and is the sweetest coolest family. So far I’ve had no issues. I’ve read some of the recent reviews & I think some of are impatient. Do you guys not read or know that she sells to people across the country, it’s a process steps for her employees to follow to package up your items then ship them, and then it takes usps time to deliver it! Read her website and it will tell you how it works! If you don’t like it shop with someone else! Also I’ve had all my messages responded to because I patiently waited! I also have gotten all my items delivered within their time frame they’ve mentioned!Review fromMelissa I

5 starsSO boutique is the best. They have the best customer service and clothes. I've been shopping with them for years and couldn't be happier. My order was lost recently. This response was sent from ***** at Simply Obsessed after not responding to my emails for weeks. The level of sheer unprofessionalism and hubris to speak to a customer in this manner is disgusting. I will not waste my money shopping with this business again, I suggest if youre reading this email to stay away also.Hi,Your order was delivered April 18th- and yet you kept commenting negatively on the live show. *******,Sorry we are not a good fit for you. Unfortunately, you were disrupting the live show for an order you placed that was delivered to you on April 18th. Our email at ***************************** is the forum for these type of issues. The model was very distressed as she tried to do her show and was constantly getting disruptive comments from you. Please know that we do have to protect our employees from harassment. But we always answer you on emails. You also threatened to file a chargeback and we just can't do business like that - We currently have 4.7 rating out of 173 reviews on our website- we may not be the best fit for you. Terrible boutique! I placed over **** orders with them over 3 years. They used to be great. Theyve since stopped replying to customer service emails and then if you try to get help when they are live they block your account and lock you out. They take your money for items and tell you they will ship to you in 1-2 weeks and then after a month goes by and you start bugging them for updates they accuse you of disrupting their lives and they block your account. I shop a lot of boutiques, but this one will never see another dime of my money. I dont recommend them, and if I could give them zero stars, I would.Simply Obsessed with Sarah Gibbons

Your lack of customer service, your lack of responding to emails and your rudeness when you do respond are the reason that I gave the bad review. Made a purchase on 2/18. Have yet to receive an email that the products shipped. Reached out to their in app customer service and have yet to receive a response. They typically respond in a day but its been almost two days with zero response. This is not the first time this has happened. Hi,All of your orders have been promptly delivered. I am not sure why you are filing this complaint. I do see that you filed a chargeback after you did not receive your order within a week. The item that you ordered takes up to 7 to 10 "business days". And it was delivered post you filing a chargeback as well.Meredith M.

1) I did not file a chargeback. I submitted a dispute with Sezzle since no one on your customer service chat responded to me after three days. I closed the dispute after I received the product and I made all four payments, per my agreement with Sezzle. 2) I placed the order on 2/18 and did not receive a tracking number literally until the order was delivered which was on 3/3. This was after I reached out three times on chat with zero response.3) if your orders are going to take **** business days to process, you should let customers know that up front prior to placing the order.Simply Obsessed with Sarah Gibbons

Yes some but not all of our orders will take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Depending on location, some will arrive within the same week of ordering. If we do a live show out of state, those are 2 to 3 weeks to arrive to ** and one more week to you! It really just depends on which product you ordered. I was initially very happy with SO until I wasn't. I had placed 2 new orders for a trip I was going on, figured they would come quickly as they always do and they did not. I've reached out multiple times in the app which says usually responds in a day. Not the case and even went on a Man's live and asked who is on customer service and I got a vague answer that ********* was managing orders to fill. I can't even get a response for orders place mid-Oct and now it's November and I've paid for them and money removed from my bank account. All I want is my orders and someone to respond to me on when I will get them! BTW the phone number is misleading and VM is for ********************Simply Obsessed with Sarah Gibbons

I recently found simply obsessed maybe about a month ago. The boutique popped up in my feed on ******** it must know I love to shop lol. Anywho I love the clothes Sarah finds some really cute clothes. I have become... can I say it!??! OBSESSED LOL. I have had a mishap with a jacket I ordered and mommacorn was there to save the day! She is so sweet and helpful! They always have trendy clothes. I really enjoy the fact they go live and really interact with their customers. It truly makes me feel like I'm a part of a big family! I have become addicted to shopping with SO that I stopped shopping everywhere else lol. I can't wait to make my next purchase already! I even got my mom hooked with SO. I absolutely love everything from SO! I have shopped from multiple boutiques and this boutique is for sure the best in customer service. They truly truly appreciate there customers and go above and beyond for there customers. I had a mistake with a expired gift card which is really my own fault. SO listened to my issue and fixed and renewed it admittedly. And not to mention Sarah and her crew carry the most trendy and adorable pieces ever!! They also give giveaways all the time and great deals a lot of times!!! The best online boutique ever! Oh I will have to warn you though you will become Obsessed with everything SO carries! Im So glad I found this boutique and I will continue to support this boutique all I can. I have been shopping w/this botique for almost 2 years now! It is my go to boutique ??! First off, customer service ALWAYS comes through! If I make the mistake or they do, there is always a resolution that makes me happy!! They go above & beyond in that department! Second, the prices cant be beat!! They have the best prices by a landslide!!! The quality of the clothes never disappoints! The relationships that they have made with the sellers has us spoiled! We get great deals & we get exclusive deals & sneak peaks! My only complain is that the plus size selection has really been cut down a lot! I wish they could do a little more plus size!
