This is perhaps the worst financial company that I have ever had to do business. It is not by choice, but rather because we have no other choice (employer sponsored program). I believe that they intentionally make getting into your account more difficult than breaking into *************.

For the last 2 years when I filled the online reimbursement form my dependent care account / my daughter daycare service, the claim is denied for no reason. I always ensure that all proper documentation is provided and add notes to ensure the treating agent understand the invoice. it is a struggle to get back your money, it feels like they do it purposely to keep it for them. The service provided by wage works was much more effective.

Delayed reimbursement request payments, taking over a month to get them. They suck!

******. Move your money immediately. All they do is tax your account until its empty. Its supposed to be for my medical expenses not your profit.

My HRA card is locked and I cannot access the funds because they repeatedly request an explanation of benefits for 2 transactions from a *************************. I keep sending. They keep saying they didn't get it. I don't understand if this is part of my insurance why the h*** can't they get the *** themselves and what kind of unapproved purchases could I really be making at a GI doctor office?? As if insurance isn't overpriced already and barely covers what is needed, now this middle man health equity is messing with my $$ for allowed HRA expenses. Healthcare should not be for profit and health equity is helping contribute to the robbery of American health insurance.

Health Equity is an entirely pathetic and incompetent company with egregiously pitiable trained ******* Go to Fidelity to get professional competent customer service that actually knows what they are doing!

Stay away! Demand your employer change administration of your accounts to a different provider. Abysmal costumer services if you can even get ahold of anyone. They value your personal information about as much as they value eating a plate full of c*** The recent data breach is proof enough of that. I dare them to deny it! I been trying to get ahold of them forever and even though they claim 24/7/365 customer service they can't be bothered to provide any way to contact them. So glad my life doesn't depend on it or I'd be dead. Would log in to the app or the website but it doesn't seem to recognize me. I'm going to HR first thing in the morning to demand my account be transferred to another provider. I am furious over the lack of common decency and respect from this company. Doesn't surprise me in the least though with a review rating of 1/5. I hope you get everything you deserve and anything short of great personal difficulties in life for you and your families is not enough.

I didnt continue my plan for 2025 because I actually lost money using a company that is supposed to save money on taxes. Cards hardly ever work and they constantly want proof and itemized receipts. Unless you want a headache to use your own money, DO not use HealthEquity!!!!Id rate negative 10 stars!!!!

****************. They completely unresonably denied valid claims. I will let my HR know. Hopefully, they will go out of business.

If there was a negative sign in front of the stars then I'd select the five for sure. My employer used Further which was taken over by Health Equity - I had no choice - and I made an election for the year of how much funds should be used for medical reimbursement. I got all the emails regarding the transition and had to download the app. It didn't work and said there was a security error with my phone and would quit. They finally got it working and it is actually okay.Their website is hard for me to figure out still just to get a reimbursement. Their FAQ states "If it's still "Pending," it means we're processing your request. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days, with an additional 2-3 days for direct deposit or up to 10 days for checks." Here I am with claims submitted back in February (it is now April 10) that are "Approved - pending" and still no payment via direct deposit. Of the 21 reimbursement claims I have made five have been paid. Customer support said that ********************** is "still waiting for funds from the plan sponsor (my employer). As soon as your plan have(sp) funds deposited by your plan sponsor, the funds will be released."I talked to my HR *** and Finance has fronted money to Health Equity which is a percentage of all staff contributions for the year. Every Friday Finance gets a list of claims and then pays Health Equity directly. There should never be delays based on waiting for the sponsor to fund the account. I know that dependent care is reimbursed as the funds are deposited into the account but medical can be drained the next day.I used the online chat again and was told they see my other ticket which is still under review which could take 5 business days from the date of ************* and the broker are following up on this as I'm not the only one within our company is having issues. Yes, not singular: ISSUES.
