      I purchased the Pompa Program on Jan 4, 2024, for $6,574.85. I completed all the client requirements and had my final coaching session May 28, 2024.On May 31, 2024, I requested a full refund based on the Pompa Program Agreement, ***************** Back Guarantee. Upon completion of the Program, if you have not experienced any improvement in your health, made progress towards your success goals, or been equipped with a customized path forward, you may request a refund for what youve paid for the Program. I did not make progress towards my success goals, which were help with my tinnitus, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, fatigue, kidney dysfunction and weight loss resistance. This has not happened. My main concern was weight loss resistance and fatigue. My weight is only down 1 lb. My fatigue is even worse than when I started. I have great difficulty staying awake during the day, even after 10 hours of sleep. When I enrolled, they were aware of my exposure to Agent Orange while in the military over 50 years ago. They assured me their program could help me. I seriously doubt they have been able to help any veterans with any of these presumptive conditions from Agent Orange exposure.Anything positive said to your coach, will be attributed to the program. This is even getting over conditions probably caused by the nutraceuticals of the program. If you are not getting results desired, they will make it because of something you were doing wrong, rather than accepting any responsibility for the program. The companys integrity shows in their treatment of unsatisfied customers. Their practice is to deny any responsibility, ignore complaints and delay any answers as long as possible, hoping the customer will just get tired and go away. They offered a partial refund. When I asked for an explanation as to why it was only a 39% refund, they said they would call me asap. And I am still waiting.

      I order the text payment was 127$I got the red colour scary result. My friend did the same and got the same results as I got!!! We are by far deferent and cant have the same results!!! I think this is a sign of a scam.

      On May 25 2024, I saw an online video of Dr. ********************** describing his program for solving Thyroid issues with a simple solution which targets body cellular inflammation instead of hormone production. I ordered his at home urine test for $97, and filled a long questionnaire requesting suspiciously unrelated personal information about me and my husband. I received the urine test vial, and the liquid turned immediately bright red. Today I found out on the BBB complaint side that everybody's urine turned that color whether they were sick or not, so the test is a scam. The next step should have been an online consultation with the doctor. Instead I was subjected to a rude, young kid ("The Coach") trying to push me to buy into a supplement service for $9000 just like a used car salesman. I did not buy the service, and luckily, I read their reviews on BBB which all tell a similar story. This business is a scam, there is no evidence in medical journals that their program is legitimate, tested, and gives results. There is no evidence that the pills they sell are not harmful. The sales/coach was defensive when I asked questions or told him to skip the sales pitch script and actually get to the diagnosis and specific treatment for me, his lack of qualifications in medicine, and lack of consulting skills was so obvious. He kept arranging and re-arranging his hair on screen!!!! I request a refund for $97, paid for the fake test.

      I ordered test kits for my son and I from Dr. *********************** They came, I did the test, then we had a zoom consultation for over an hour. I was told I had cellular damage even though I don't have symptoms of anything major. The call reviewed the information in the online videos Pompa puts out with a high end sales pitch included. I told the sales person (****) he was making me feel dismissed from time to time (usuallly when I questioned him). He also used his Christian ******** to try to reel me in. When we finally got near the end of the consultation, he told me the price between 7 grand and 9 grand (his words). I repeated $7000! I did not have that kind of money. He proceeded to ask me my credit score and gave me a number to call to set up a credit card account... he would wait (because he had to go to the bathroom) for me to set it up. Again, I repeated, I did not have that kind of money and I was not getting into debt! With my repeated "NO" responses, his face reddened and I thought he might cry. When I told him I needed to pray on it, he told me the parable of the Drowning Man. I told him I was very aware of that parable and still needed time to pray on it and process the information. I closed the zoom call.

      This was my email reply after they refunded me $4900 and kept $2000. After this email, then they said will refund another $500. So they have kept $1500. Pretty good deal for them! I am deeply disappointed in the outcome of me having to cancel due to adverse effects from the starter supplements. I paid $6900 for a 5 month program and you take $2000 from me for being on a 5 month program for only 3 weeks? This does not seem legal or ethical. When I enrolled, I advised that I would be out of the country and cannot start until after I was back. I was told that was no problem and the supplements will be shipped the week I got home. They came April 23 and I started them April 24 and I called May 8 to request to cancel the program. I was told the supplements and zoom calls would be deducted. So you are telling me 30 days of supplements (I offered to send back the remaining 2 weeks of them as I cannot take them) and 2 sessions with ******* and 2 sessions with ***** is $2000??? I am requesting that you refund me the fair amount or the entire amount in good faith. Not $4900.I am very shocked that Dr ********************** would be okay with the decision made. I feel very taken advantage of and I should not have enrolled. The in person presentation with **** was very convincing and I felt a bit pressured to sign up then for the "special" price.       This business is providing inaccurate and harmful information such as a tooth that has had a root root canal is a dead tooth. The truth is it is alive and healthy and nourished by gum tissue and bone. Mr. P**** is causing scared people to go and have their teeth pulled out. He is basing his program on fear mongering. The whole business is reprehensible. I should have been told about his embezzlement of taking and spending his adopted children’s trust fund money ahead of time. Although he pleaded guilty and was on probation for 16 years,,he shows no remorse and in the family video, he says he would do it over again. Once a shyster, always a shyster. He and his wife went from embezzling from their adopted kids to duping and stealing from the public. The program sends customers a cellular inflammation test. Customer is to add his urine into a vial and depending on the color the vile turns, one knows his level of inflammation. Mr. P**** and his lab were not too smart in figuring this one out because they should have made the vials different to show more of a variance in supposed inflammation. Everyone who takes the test ends up with a dark red color. Now, if the BBB asked for these tests, P**** would instruct his lab to create the vials to show more of a variance in supposed inflammation. After the test, a high-pressure sales person calls you and talks about how much inflammation you have and how you really need the program. At the time it did not dawn on me what a fraudulent test it was. I canceled the program before ever starting and was given my money back, but they stole $1400 due to the supplements, which I said from the beginning, I wanted to return because I did not open any of the bottles. The rest of the money they held back was based on a 15 minute zoom meeting where a woman introduced herself as my coach and mostly talked about herself.. This program reeks of unethical behavior and duping the public. Such a scam!!

      I am rejecting this response because: I was initially told by Heather that if I return the supplements I would receive a refund. She provided a mailing label. Now she is angry that I filed the BBB complaint and told me that was against the agreement. We were not allowed to read the agreement due to being prompted to hurriedly sign up. All the person on the phone cared about was a credit card.  When my bank rejected the charge initially she kept asking me don’t you have another card you can use? I want $1249 back. Those modules were exactly what Mr. P**** says online for the public to read so I should not be charged for those. I did not open the supplements so I should not be charged for those. I feel like somebody should file a class action lawsuit against this company.  The company also needs to read the very last sentence of their response. It is clear that that was sent over by somebody who is informing the writer of what to write. Possibly it was Mr P****. But the writer simply copied and pasted it. Too funny.

      I am rejecting this response because: Pompa Program has emailed the same thing over and over about me not being happy with the program. They are correct. And I am still not happy with the refund I have received because since I did not start the program, I want the rest of the money owed which is $836.  Also, you mentioned that I am not willing to take a call. As I explain to you, I am often watching my grandchildren, who are both under five rendering it impossible to talk on the phone. Also, as I stated anything that can be said over the phone can be written in an email. How come you never address things like the inaccurate information Mr. P**** is spouting such as teeth with root canals are dead teeth? I want my full refund. I don’t feel comfortable giving Mr. P**** any of my money.  I did not use any of the program. Be happy that you have suckered many Into believing the program works. Really looking forward to the day a class action lawsuit is filed.

      I purchased two urine tests from Dr. *********************** for me and my daughter. We took the very extensive assessment and had a Zoom meeting with one of his advisors. After speaking with this individual for over an hour she proceeds to tell me that if I was really serious about getting started on this program I need to hand over $11,000 that day. She even lightly suggested selling my car or asking family members if I could borrow the money to pay her. It was very strange and uncomfortable for me. She even had me apply for a credit card but thankfully I was denied because once we got off the call I realized how bizarre that conversation was and was glad I didnt hand over any of my money to her. She said she would call me the following week to see if I had found a way to get the money but I havent heard from her since.

      In January, I saw a video that was promoting healing the cell and getting rid of toxins. Since I have fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism, this sounded good. The next thing I got a urine test which later I discovered was charged to my credit card.I was told I had a lot of toxins due to the color of the tests and the answers on the form I filled out. When I started taking the supplements I told my coach they made me dizzy, she told me to cut back on the dosage. I was asked by my client success rep to put a review on this website. When I got there, I read the other complaints. I feel now that she wanted my review to counter the bad ones as she asked me 3-4 times to do a review. They were all similar to what I was thinking. Pressured into joining, wanted my husband to join as well. Promises of energy, weight loss and wellness. I do not feel any better, I have shipments of supplements that I haven't even opened as every time I increase the dosage, I get dizzy. This is not the miracle cure it was purported to be.
