    Let them know I did not want to renew after a 6 month policy purchase and signed up with a new auto insurance company same day. They auto billed the following month even though I didn't want to renew and when I didn't pay that (because I wasn't expecting to be charged and they didn't even call about a failed payment) they sent it to collections.I called to see if they could review things seeing as I called to cancel and was charged incorrectly for a month. The woman I spoke to was incredibly kind and seemed to want to help but they didn't have very specific notes about the call, the person I spoke to in the call was no longer with the company (I assume for good reason, he seemed confused at every request during that initial call) and she stated they switched phone services so they can't review the call recording either, but they did confirm that my home policy was cancelled that day. That's all. Nothing they can do.So, I now just have a collection reporting for their mistake....and have to pay for that month I did not need?
