      These are the worst people to deal with collections. Set up a payment plan well over a year ago using my debit card. Was called today by them. The employee, Soyer, wanted me to verify my social (not happening if a company calls me). He stated the payment was BLOCK. I replied the card had just expired and was giving them the information to change it. Soyer then proceeded to tell me they do not use cards for payment, which I disagreed. He told me to call my bank. I did and it was confirmed that they have been using my card to process payments. I called back and spoke with ****. He told me the same as of August 2024 they no longer use cards. I told him I want to make a payment and have it setup recurring like I had previous. Told me they couldn't use the card. Won't let me speak to a supervisor or manager. ***** logging onto their website to make payment. It states "the account has been indicated as inactive".I have been on the phone now over an hour dealing with this, taking time out of my work schedule.

      I can't get them on the phone. Johnson Mark says that they record the conversation and then that hangs up. I called like 15 times in a row and it does the same thing. They do not want to be contacted. That means they get one star.

      These guys dont even contact you before they hit you with a wage garnishment. No documentation for a court date so you can defend yourself.especially when something is past the statute of limitations. You are forced to pay up. They dont answer phone calls and when you do get someone if its already been through the courts they cant help you. What a joke. For far too long people like this have been getting away with legal system abuse.

      ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! I can not wait until they are found for the fraud they are. They placed a collection account in the courts against me, that isnt even my debt. I communicated with them, and they claimed to be sending me the information. Meanwhile they were working on a judgement. Then the claimed to have served me and I am literally the exact opposite of the description of the person that they claimed to serve. There are probably 12 things that this company has done that shouldnt be allowed to happen to a citizen. I am fighting this all the way, in the courts, with the **** and here at the BBB to protect my fellow innocent citizens! I hope if I cant stop them, someone finally does!!! I now have a judgement against me for $2k, and I have never had a debt to them in the 1st place. I was notified for the 1st time by the courts, and the gave me the info, everything they presented to the courts is a lie. They are a scam company, and I cant wait until someone stops them from their non compliant, illegal ways.

      Ive been on a call before with someone that worked for Johnson Mark LLC and was highly displeased. When I called back the other day I was assisted by ***** and he was very helpful. I was confused about some things and he had to repeat himself a lot for me to understand but he didnt come off frustrated or annoyed. He just executed his role in helping me.
