Someone called me from a private #(a woman named Alicia) who stated she was scheduled to come to my place tomorrow between 3-5 to deliver me undisclosed documents when asked what this was about she told me I can call ********** and use reference# ****** for more information. I called and someone answered named Joseph G**** or Greenhouse something like that and states he’s with CRC I asked what is that abbreviated for and he said Conflict Resolution Center. He states I have a debt from 2015 with Crest Financial Services and they have fanned a background check on me and have camera footage from 2015 and only options I have is to pay in full now or sign dispute documents being delivered to my place they have all my personal info social and all I never gave consent for any of that especially for nothing that happened years ago and I’m unaware of I asked for further documentation and past payment history to review I am find with taking accountability and paying my debt but not without reviewing info first because I’m truly unaware of the situation he got really rude and nasty whenever I ask for further documentation and stated it’s not an option I can not find this company anywhere and now fear for my safety due to this whole situation
