      Made a preorder purchase from Premium DNA in April 2023, with promises for delivery within a year. Two years later with no messaging and no responses to emails, messages and comments via Instagram from the company on the delivery or refunds.

      Initial transaction was in 2022, a preorder. The business stated that the purchased items were ready to be shipped, now, given the fact that said items are all over Chinese online shops where they had the items manufactured, a buyer would assume the item was pending. The complaint is less about receiving and more about being ghosted when being kept up to date about order progress.

      Premium DNA does not answer any emails. They do not reach out to the customers. They spoke a little bit on Instagram, but have not said a word in about 8 to 9 months. Last time we heard from them(Instagram post). They said that “these figures would be out Q3 2023. the figure name is earthworm Jim. I purchased this figure and the extra six heads that came in a separate pack. I ordered this July 22, 2022. It’s has been three years. Haven’t heard one word from an email from anyone do not buy from this company. They do not speak to their customers. They do not try to speak to their customers. They don’t answer any emails. I don’t know what’s going on with the toy And somehow AliExpress is selling this toy on their website. I really like to know what’s going.

      On May 23, 2022, I preordered an item (Earthworm Jim collectible figure) but have yet to receive the item more than two years later. The company has done very little communication with its customers and has kept us in the dark as to when this item will be shipped. It was originally slated for 2023 yet was delayed to 2024. As of this writing (10/22/24), I have yet to receive the item. I contacted the company (***********************) twice in the last few weeks to cancel and receive a refund for my item (Order #**** - $48.99) but have never received a response. Their website is also currently "Under Construction" at ******************. I hope that the BBB will be able to help me with this issue.

      Pre-ordered one Earthworm Jim figure and one accessory head pack. Item has been delayed many times and the seller stopped responding some months ago. Obviously I need the items I paid for or an immediate refund. I will be contacting my state attorney general as well, regardless of the outcome of this resolution. Such business tactics should be outlawed.

      $64.99 was taken from me for a product I'll NEVER receive because it is now sold out. The reason? Because I had no account on record with the website meaning no order # either. This makes no sense to me because I was receiving emails from the website after creating said account to make purchase on May 28, 2022. On July 12th of this year, I reached out to see where my item was and their support person told me there was no record of an order and that I would have to create an account using the email I used to place the order. When I went to create another account, it already had all of my personal address and contact information. I never put that data in a second time, meaning there WAS an existing account where I was supposed to get an order #. The business is claiming this is the reason why my item never got shipped when it was finally released in late 2023/early 2024. I was told that I was in a queue to receive a refund and that it would be a few days back in August. Well, turns out that was all a lie, unless the refund went towards a now expired debit card or closed bank account. I have been constantly trying to get in contact with some sort of support for some answers but my eMails go ignored now as the website has seemingly shut down (disguised as 'under maintenance'.) Zip, the payment method used never got anything on its end for a refund as that requires action on the end of the business selling the product before Zip's people can do anything about refunding. This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and scammed.

      On October 14, 2023 I purchased 4 GPK Classic Wave 1- Complete set of 4 dolls from Premium DNA Toys for $220.96, order number ****. I have yet to receive my product. I have contacted the company by email several times inquiring about the status of my order, I have been told twice not to worry, and that the order should be ready by Q2 2024 . I asked what Q2 meant, and then would receive no response. The rest of my inquiries have gone unanswered. On 9/16/2024, I asked for a refund since I have not heard anything about the product and when to expect it. My request has gone unanswered. I am hoping that the Better Business Bureau will help me solve this situation. At this point, I am no longer interested in this product and would like a full refund. My money should not be considered a donation to this company, it was for a product that was never received.
