- KG will pay return shipping fees for defective items and merchandise damaged in shipping only, for Defective Items within 15 days of ship date, Damaged in shipping claims on day product is received from shipping company, damage must be reported to us. All non-damaged/non-defective returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. There is no mileage warranty on motorcycle or ATV tires. Customer is responsible for shipping fees on Defect Claims for merchandise older then 30 days. You may want to insure your returns, we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors, lost or misdirected packages. Once you have your return authorization number, please send your package to the warehouse we have requested.
