    I like the staff and treatments they offer. I'm very frustrated with whoever is over the memberships. I have been trying to cancel my membership for a YEAR! I signed a contract for a 3 month membership yet the emails and phone calls I've left to cancel it are going unanswered and they are still trying to charge my card (which they got away with for a couple months after my membership was up). I had to block my card so the charges won't go through.
