              Shop towed and has had my vehicle since 09-09-2023. There was a pending investigation with my insurance to determine if they were going to pay for the costs of replacing my car engine, after a month of negotiations they determined they were not. Shop was asked (~end of October) to complete repairs regardless as I would be the one paying. Since then I have been given the complete run around, not receiving appropriate updates unless hounding the owner, being told ETA on parts and completion only to reach out again and be given an excuse about parts being delayed, the incorrect part arriving, and then after dealing with multiple delays being told that I can pay $800 more for the engine from the factory to arrive much faster only to then again be told two weeks later that’s it’s still another week out.

              This place is the worst, the owner is awesome but his SOOO called manager " German" is a piece of **** and is allowed to assult woman, then trespasses people that are only there to help move a former employee off their property. So if you call this place for auto repair or a tow just know they arent licenced to tow your car. You have been warned!!!!
