On 5/18/22 my Ford Escape was towed into Labrum Ford in Heber UT for a bad relay, my husband identified the issue but did not have the tools or the part to repair himself, he told the individual he spoke to at the service desk. After 2 or 3 days someone called and said the battery was bad. We told them that the battery was tested 5 days earlier by a tech at my work and it had a 100% life and 100% charge and the battery was less than a year old. Labrum said it was tested and it was defiantly bad. We said they could do the battery, but asked to save the battery for us. They told us the cost was $325 installed. After another 5 days, I was told on a text ,message that they "tinkered" with the car and finally found the bad fuse. We picked up the car on 5/28/22, the battery was in the car. Once we arrived home I saw that there were vanity pieces of the car were tucked under the dash in the passenger foot well. Picture attached. I work at a dealership every Friday. On 6/3/22 took the battery to my tech, Ryan, that installed the battery. Ryan reported that he installed the battery in November of 2021. He tested it, pictures attached, and it again tested with 100% life and a 75% charge. This was after siting in my car for a week. Ryan was able to charge the battery to 100%. I spoke to Wes at Labrum Ford, he said he would look for the paper test of the battery and get back to me in an hour. Two hours later I called him and he said he was notable to find the paperwork. I told him that the battery was good and asked how he was going to make this right. He asked me and I said a refund of the battery. I sent him the pictures of the tests and he said he would talk to his "Boss". The '"Boss" said no. My husband called and spoke to Brent, he said that if we removed the battery, returned it in good condition that they would give us $134 refund. Labrum Ford was caught committing Fraud and they will not resolve this. I do not believe that they should keep $190 dollars.

Did a large repair on a **** raptor. Ended up stranded on the Idaho border and had to tow into an Idaho dealer that said the repair was completely botched by labrum Ford.I posted a negative review six years ago on their service department and an employee and their service manager disclosed on ****** as simply ME as the name. Posted a one star review with no comments as retaliation, even though he has never done business with my business. Six years later that still exist on ******.Do not do business with this company. If they botch your repair and you post a negative review, they will retaliate against all of your businesses anywhere on the planet Earth, very dishonest people. !!
