      Knight Adjustment Bureau is reporting a collection on my credit report. The debt is not mine. I have asked for debt validation by mail and through the CFPB. They have provided nothing. I have disputed it with all 3 bureaus. I have no contract with knight adjustment bureau. I will be going after damages legally next. They have also been issued a cease and desist through the CFPB and are still using my information unlawfully.

      Knight Adjustment Bureau (KAB) did send the paperwork on the day the first complaint was answered but for some reason the consumer never received it. Therefore, KAB will send another copy to the address listed on the complaint, as well as the email address on the complaint.       I am rejecting this response because: knight adjustment bureau had now had 2 opportunities to provide debt verification. Where is the proof they have done what they say they have. I have received nothing in the mail. I have no contract with them. They are fraudulently using my information without my permission. I will pursue damages. They do not have my permission to use my information for any reason and have been issued a cease and desist order through the CFPB. They are violating fcra and ucc laws. Further continuance to use my information will result in pursuing damages.

      I am filing a complaint about Knight Adjustment Bureau for failing to notify me of a debt prior to initiating a lawsuit against me, which I believe is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. (FDCPA). Knight Adjustment Bureau did not contact me or provide any notification about the alleged debt prior to filing a lawsuit. This denied me the opportunity to review or dispute the debt, as required by the *****. The company filed a lawsuit without any previous communication, written notice, or validation of the debt, as typically required within 5 days of initial contact under the *****. This sudden legal action has caused me significant stress and unnecessary legal expenses, which I could have avoided had I been given prior notice of the debt and the chance to address it before legal action was taken.

The validation letter was mailed on the next business day and KAB waited a reasonable amount of time,under the **** guidelines, for a mail return or dispute from the consumer. After that time, *** continued to contact the consumer by phone and letter until it determined the only way to collect the money was through the legal process.       Me and the wife have been trying to contact this company for over 2 months now. Almost 3. We have sent numerous emails, left numerous voicemails and called them over a dozen times. Not once have we heard anything from them. Just received another letter in the mail from them last week and we have sent in 2 more emails and left voicemails. Nothing. We were trying to set up a payment plan but we cant even get ahold of a person.

      Yes I contacted them before since they reported an account on my credit I never heard of the company they said I owe this is ID theft and fraud they never responded to my emails or calls and dont care

      I am trying to contact Knight Adjustment Bureau many times and they will not call back nor answer their phones no matter how many times I try. I need them to contact me so I can get my debt amount paid off. I do not understand why they will not answer or contact me back.

      The request I made was over the phone when they called to harass me. They called me on a recorded line and I asked him to verify the original contract. They inform me that they couldnt because they bought this debt from a third-party and I repeated send me proof or verification of debt, and I will be glad to resolve it, and I never heard from them again

      My obligations do not extend to the purported indebtedness associated with KNIGHT ADJ.In alignment with the stipulations of the Uniform Commercial Code, I am bereft of any contractual ties to the collection entity KNIGHT ADJ. ************* they have yet to furnish me with the foundational contract that ostensibly substantiates my indebtedness to them. The absence of comprehensive ledger accounting further undermines the veracity of their claims.

      I never signed a contract to do business with knight adjustment bureau. And if I did I will need a copy of that contract as well as I will need a full forensic audit on the account showing all payment history where it came from where it went proof that I received any goods or money from the alleged account. I will also need the status of the account before ******************** bought the supposed debt. And I will need all of this sent to me through the ************* postal service.
