Order number On June 26th I ordered two pairs of jogger pants from Albion. They arrived July 5. I used the sizing tool and size chart on the website to select the correct size, as I have never purchased this style before. After trying them on a few times, there were several uncomfortable points in the fit (fit my calves and waist, not my thighs, etc.) and I decived to reach out for a return. Because they apparently have the world's most stringent return policy, because the tags are not ATTACHED, they will not exchange or return the items. I spent $167 on these pants and waited 10+ days for them to be shipped via a servicer (first mile tracking) I've never heard of. I have purchased albion fit clothing for years, and this policy will make me never purchase again, unless they allow the Exhange or return of these pants.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 6 Aug 22 Order number: #****** I returned an item for a refund. I was issued a gift card. The manager refuses to issue me a credit when I have an email stating "Simply return your items and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method." The customer service has been very poor, and it was very difficult getting ahold of someone to authorize a return. The website was nonfunctional.Initial Complaint

Returned merchandise for a refund to credit card per tracking the company received the merchandise on July 8, 2022. Refund was never given have made several attempts to speak to human being on phone to no avail the company only communicate via online chat to which I get no response. I bought a bathing suit back in may. I’m he one that came didn’t fit right so I exchanged it. The next one did not fit the way the picture showed. So I went to exchange but was not given the option. When I tried to chat with someone they were extremely unhelpful. So I chose to return it instead which was the only option I was given anyway. Initially I paid through pay pal on a gift card and the rest from my debit. I took the gift card off after I paid the first time. So when I got the refund they sent it to a gift card I no longer have. I have called multiple times to get the refund re issued to just my debit. I have emailed. I have tried to chat with the unhelpful employees. NO ONE gets back to me. This company is the absolute worst. I also was refunded less than what I paidInitial Complaint

I returned 2 items weeks ago for a store credit. I have contacted customer support several times because I’m not receiving any credit or refund. This is $200+ dollars. The time I’m spending trying to get help is ridiculous
