      In mid.April I called Balance of Nature to cancel. We used it a little while, had some stomach discomfort that *** or *** not have been related, but didn't see benefits. The rep talked me into placing it on hold. So I did, with a note to myself to decide in June. I thought I would need to call to restart it. My husband did not want us to restart it.They sent out a shipment on June 11. There was no email or notification a few weeks before shipping and charging me. Their mid-April email did say it would auto resume, but I misunderstood. I called on June 11 but it had already stopped and they would do nothing. I refused the shipment and it went back to them. The ****************** just ker po s repeating their policy which is returns are ONLY available for the initial purchase. I have asked to speak to a manager and TWICE was told they would call in 2-3 days - NO CALL. I called today and asked IF SHE COULD SEE WHETHER THE RETURNED ORIDUCT HAD BEEN RECEIVED BY THEM. She would NIT answer that question!! The foreign.accent agent just kept saying the same thing over and over - the ************ would have to handle that - NOT WHAT I ASKED - AND it would be 3 to 10 business days before they return my call and be sure to watch fir their call. Obviously there are times wr cannot always answer our phones and 3-10 business days! The 2creturns agents just kept reciting their Returns policy, called me back AFTER managers left but no manager ever called. Unbelievably POOR customer service.PLEASE JUST REFUND MY LAST SHIPMENT $69.95 - I even offered to deduct $10 for shipping.

      Influenced by Balance of Nature's commercials, I went to their website. I investigated until I saw the price of their item and decided I didn't want to buy it. Apparently, in getting to where I could see the price, I gave them my e-mail address, the same one I'm using to contact you.       On February 12, 2024 I paused my subscription for two months as I had already purchased enough product and did not require any additional shipments during that time. However, to my surprise, The Balance of Nature sent me an additional shipment and charged my credit card $189, despite my request to pause the subscription.When I contacted The Balance of Nature regarding this issue and requested to return the unwanted shipment, they refused to accept the return. This refusal is in direct contradiction to their claim of providing a pause option for subscriptions. The process of pausing a subscription was not clear, and I feel misled and taken advantage of by The Balance of Nature.I believe it is essential for businesses to uphold their promises and provide clear communication with their customers. The Balance of Nature's failure to honor my request for a paused subscription and refusal to accept the return of the unwanted shipment is a breach of trust.I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter with The Balance of Nature and ensuring that they rectify their misleading practices. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take appropriate action to protect consumers and hold businesses accountable for their actions. I would like a refund.

On February 8, 2024, you placed your first order as a Preferred Customer, which gave you wholesale pricing, Health Coaching at no additional charge, and convenient automatic shipments every 28 days, as well as the option to place your account on hold. At your request, we placed your orders on hold for two months. Your recurring orders resumed on April 19, 2024.

      Im the *** for my aunt who has dementia. I have made multiple requests over the last two years for her to be removed from any and all mailing lists, however; she continues to receive advertisements in the mail. This is harassment and needs to stop immediately.

      I ordered the balance of nature products. After ordering, I was informed by my doctor not to order any products. I have refused to the last three (3) orders. They have been returned to the sender. Balance of nature continues to take payment and refuses to refund my money.

Our agent called you two times on March 5, 2024. We spoke with you briefly during the second phone call, at which time you requested to be called the following morning. As agreed upon, we called you again the next day, March 6, 2024. Unfortunately, there was no answer, and we left you another message.

      As our agent explained in the final voice message, your returns were outside of our Return Policy. However, we have issued a courtesy refund for your most recent order. Please expect this refund to be processed to your original payment method within 25 business days.

      Rest assured that your account has been canceled. Our records show that on February 12, 2024, you canceled your subscription using our website. Your cancellation stopped all future orders from processing, and you received no further shipments from Balance of Nature.

      I am trying to cancel my subscription to Balance of Nature Fruits and Vegetables.Their website gives you directions to go to a dashboard and select the word subscriptions and it says you will then see a dashboard that says manage subscription. But that second dashboard, (which is supposed to take you to cancel order ) is No Where to be Found!!!! This is FRAUD!!!!! B

      A friend of mine is signed up and will be cancelling. She gave me a set to try. After taking 1 of each I became pretty sick. I read reviews and was disturbed by what i read. That first of all. They shouldnt be in business at all. I read several issues of the bottles stating there are 90 pills in each and several people reporting there are not 90 and they short many bottles. This is fraud. I decided to count mine. One bottle was missing 10 and the other missing 8. Wow!!!! So I called my friend. She has several sets of unopened bottles and I told her to video while opening and count them on video. Mind blown. She opened 2 bottles and one had 11 pills short and the other 10 pills short!!!! This is stealing!!! This needs to be looked into and reported. They need to be shut down. She has another set that are unopened and the video and is contacting someone to help get this out there. The media needs to know. The commercials need to stop. People need to be refunded. They need an audit. Shame on yall. I want to be contacted. I want to know what is being done about this.
