      Saturday January 27th and 29th City Creek Mall.I bought a 40W phone charger for $30.00 and a long cable at $24.99. I was told itwasasuper fast charger because if the wattage. Not true in fact it took 2 hours to charge 54 percent. When I took it back Monday. 2 days later they told me I couldn't refund it because I didn't have the box. I told them the real problem was I got the wrong information. I called West Valley store and got some *** who says that the other stores are not affiliated. Not true either. I called The ***** store and talked to the manager ******. He went along with the whole wattage does mean faster charging. My charging Blick is 25W and charges in 50 minutes. ****** also told me he would call me the following day, Tuesday, which he did not do and now it's Thursday and still no word. I saw that they have a low rating one out of 5 stars. ****** knows he's full of misinformation and doesn't want yo do anything about. No e of then does. Bad bad business. I hope they will compensate me but I doubt it.

      Hello *******, and thank you for sending over this information to us. We understand the frustration with charging and having a phone that isn't charging as fast as you would like. The difficult thing about charging blocks is that each phone has a different charging rate-this is because the phone will sometimes throttle charging based on the current charge amount.  Other things that *** compromise quick charging, could be the type of cable used, as well as the charging brick operating within a percentage of what is allowable during manufacturing.  There are so many discrepancies with charging that we do plan for them to have a certain allowable wattage, but it's difficult with so many variables for it to be exact for every device.

      As for the associates, not working for the same company, we are a family owned local small business and our associates all know this. I'm not sure why there would be any confusion on that, but in the future, if you want to reach out, please email ******************************************* and we can get you taken care of.       If you do want to try to warranty out the wall plug, we can test it for functionality and determine it to be defective, we will replace it

      Lastly, when a return is made, we do need it to have the original box so when ********** back, we can get credit for it as well when we return it to the manufacturer.

      Took my iPhone 13 Pro *** in for a replacement screen and digitizer. Now my iPhone says unable to verify genuine part. My receipt clearly states OEM. Why if you are using Apple parts is my iPhone not recognizing the replacement screen? After reading all of these terrible comments I wonder how you are still in business. Deceptive business practices possibly deserving legal action of some sort.

      Hello and thank you for reaching out. We do offer genuine Apple parts-and when you repaired your device you were given an option for genuine Apple or similar to OEM. Most people choose whatever is least expensive so well sell mostly "similar to OEM"

      People cannot tell if a display is genuine or not, since the part is identical to the Apple device, and true-tone transfers to the device through our system. The only way to tell is that Apples internal chip will tell you-they also do this on batteries, and IC chips-I had the same alert and it was annoying. Apple mostly does this to get people to repair their devices through their internal repair.

      If you'd like to get a genuine part, we can arrange that for you, you simply have to pay the $40 extra to get the genuine part installed.  The display you have would need to be in perfect condition and re-sellable.

      Hi there,We are hoping we can get some kind of help. A week or so ago, my husband upgraded his *************************** purchased the ultimate coverage plan from TrickedOut Accessories as well as a ************* protector, etc. which totaled about $180. We were told that we had 7 days for returns. A day or so later my husband decided he did not like the upgraded phone and decided to return it. We went back to TrickedOut and explained the situation. They told us we could only get a refund for the case (which they refunded us via a gift card to their store since the person there didnt know how to refund our card). They said that they couldnt refund the coverage plan even though we would not be using it. They declined. We did not know that was their policy because when we purchased the products/services they told us we had 7 days. We also thought it didnt make any sense because why would they charge us for a service we will never use So we called 2 other locations, and both of them said they would refund us as long as we provided proof we no longer had the phone. So long story short we have driven a long ways multiple days to get this taken care of at other locations and they have started saying that they cant help us (even though we showed proof we no longer have the phone) because Hosea, the manager at the original store, said he couldnt help. We even had a manager at a different store (******) say that if no one else would help us that we could go back and she would just do it for us. I asked her, Could you just do it for us now then? And she said no, its against company policy. (Even though she had just said shed do it anyway). We feel like weve just been tossed around from place to place and no one is helping us even though they are all able to. Even if we still had the phone and simply did not want their coverage, we should have been refunded within the 7 days. But we still were willing to provide proof of return and have been very respectful. Can you help?

      Hello and thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Apologies for any delay in our response, as we have been a little short staffed.

      This return is fairly simple, it comes down to a training issue where our customers don't typically refund insurance. In your case, since you don't have that device anymore it makes sense to refund that protection plan, although the tempered glass return is a little difficult because we cannot resell that.

      Please come down to our store at Station Park and we will refund the $80 Ultimate Protection Plan and install a new piece of tempered glass on the device of your choosing. Since the payment went through our credit card terminal it'll have to be refunded that same way.

      The managers name is **** and he will be there the 23,24, 26, and 27 from 12 to 5PM those day. Feel free to print this correspondence out as well. Thanks

      I purchased a screen l protection plan 2x in the last year for a Samsung S8 at the Ala Moana store. I took it in for a screen replacement. Upon receiving the phone back it would no longer charge properly and there was excessive glue on the device. They checked the charging port and battery and found no issue but also no solution. My phone was working fine less the chipped screen. I attempted to contact the main office but can't get their form to submit. The manager apologized but my phone doesn't work and I essentially paid them to break my phone. It's an older phone so the repair charge if refunded would cover a similar used device however I would like them to be somehow responsible for the damage they caused. ... Similarly I just noticed bubbles under the screen of l my Samsung S10. This is the third time this has happened. And they still have an issue with glue as I had to remove excess glue from my charging port and both speakers on a previous repair. I've done business with them for years however, my most recent problems are inconvenient and I feel they are liable.

      On August 31, I purchased a 30W Dual Wall Charger and Lightning to type-c cable for ***** from Tricked Out Accessories in ********* Mall. The salesman assured me that I could return it at anytime with no problem and that I didnt have to print the receipt because they could look it up anytime. I am trying to return the two items for a refund but the store is saying they wont allow me to return it now because they have different policies than what I was told by their salesman and the policies are in the small print on the receipt that I only have a copy of in their records.

      Hello there-we have outlined our return policies below, and believe the customer had more than enough time to return the item. Cell phone accessories are often times used by consumers to "get them by" until they no longer need them or find a cheaper option. This may have been the case, since both items sold are of the highest quality

       


      We accept returns within 7 days after the original purchase date.  Exchanges or store credit are available 14 days from the date of purchase. (Holiday returns may differ; see store for details.)

      We offer a one year warranty on all Tricked Out branded cases and a lifetime warranty on charging cables (not upgradeable, subject to availability).  Lifetime replacement plan on tempered glass is $10 for all phone/watch glass and $15 for all tablets.  Plan is valid with same device only and must bring in original glass or film.

      Returned/exchanged products must be in new condition with all packaging/parts and original receipt.

      If returning an item, any discounted items may go back to full price.  Refunds are given in the same form as the original payment. The original credit card must be present for refund.
