I was not aware this was a monthly subscription, I understood that I could use their service for 19.95 , they billed me in March , I was able to get the information I needed and was Done. April 24th I was billed another 19.95 , when I saw it on my statement I reached out to them several times with no response. I am looking for guidance on how to get this cancelled.Business Response

I have canceled the recurring subscription so you will not receive any charges going forward. I have also issued a refund for the most recent payment of $19.95, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear back on your card.
The previous charges are not eligible for a refund as they fall outside of our 15 day refund window.
When a report is purchased, you are offered a monthly subscription promotion that you can Accept or choose to Proceed with Basic Report.
When you select Accept (there are some terms and conditions you had to read through before agreeing that explained this) you agree to be billed for an unlimited plan we offer at $19.95 per month. If you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the original report without any further charges.
We do not bill based on usage, much like any other monthly subscription such as ******* or a gym. The service is rendered regardless of whether or not you turn on your tv or computer.
I understand this is frustrating but it is the cardholders responsibility to regularly check their statements. If discrepancies are found they are expected to get in contact with the company or financial institution for assistance immediately.

I did not sign up for this service and receive monthly bills recurring each month. Called their customer service number at no avail. This business us stealing elderly people's credit card information. I just had to stop an elderly clients credit card because this company has been illegally charging her "service fees". I am filing a formal complaint against USRealtyRecords.com for deceptive billing practices and an intentionally difficult cancellation process that has resulted in over 53 months of unauthorized charges totaling $1,000+. Details of the Complaint: On September 17, 2020, I made a one-time purchase for a property record. At no point did I intend to enroll in a monthly membership. Upon discovering recurring charges of $19.99 per month, I attempted to cancel through their website. I was directed to a phone number instead of an online cancellation option. I left voicemails requesting cancellation multiple times over the years, yet the charges continued. There is no record of voicemail confirmations, as they provided no written or digital proof of cancellation. Despite repeated cancellation attempts at least once per year, the charges persisted until today (March 2025) when the membership was finally canceled. Complaint Summary: USRealtyRecords.com uses a faulty, misleading cancellation method that forces customers to call and leave voicemails with no verification or follow-up. This practice is highly deceptive and unethical. I was unknowingly charged for 53 months at $19.99 per month, totaling over $1,000, despite my repeated attempts to cancel. This is a scam, and I demand a full refund of all unauthorized charges. I expect a prompt resolution and full reimbursement. If necessary, I will escalate this matter further. Around February 15, 2025, your website said that payment was required to provide a pdf report of the real estate sales history of a property I was researching for business purposes. You claimed that you could provide this pdf only upon payment of $1.25. I provided my credit card information. Your website said that no pdf report was available. You charged my credit card $1.25 for the pdf report that I never received. I am disputing this transaction with my credit card company as of February 18, 2025.
