We purchased new windows from Legacy Windows on November 29, 2023. They were installed on February 12, 2023. The following is a list of issues we have had since installation:1. When the installation crew left they inadvertently took the screens for our storm doors which were stored downstairs having been removed for the winter. I called Legacy and left a message but received no response.2. I wanted to use Rocky Mountain Power's WATTSMART program to receive a rebate for the windows Legacy installed. I found out that Legacy was not on the approved installer list which would have qualified us for the rebate. I mentioned this to a Legacy representative. He said he would discuss this with the owner. I called several times to see what the status of this was but never received an answer. The time I had to submit the rebate has expired. 3. Early this year my wife noticed a draft in our living room. We checked the window and noticed it was not latched. We tried latching it but were unable to do so. We called Legacy and someone came out to look at the situation. The person was able to get the window to latch after much effort and said he would send someone to further evaluate the problem. This person was supposed to come look at the problem on January 16th. He never showed up. We called Legacy again. They gave us the individual's number. I called him and he said he was ill but said once he was feeling better he would contact us to set up another appointment. We never heard from him. We called Legacy on February 24th. The individual said he would contact the person who was supposed to evaluate our problem and would send him out that day. Nothing happened again. We decided to go directly to Legacy's office in ******. We found the office but no one was there. It almost seemed abandoned.After spending over $21000 for new windows from Legacy, we deeply regret purchasing from them. We are extremely disappointed in their post installation support

Charged us over 4 thousand dollars for a patio door and front window, didn't put in the trim on the back, told us that would be back right after Thanksgiving to do this, now first of January, still waiting, we will put in our own trim., Be aware of this company

Legacy Windows relentlessly solicits door to door regardless of No Trespassing or No Soliciting signs. They refuse to leave when you ask them and use high pressure sales tactics. They obviously dont care about your privacy, peace of mind or your house being your home. If they are this aggressive going door to door, you can only imagine how they will act when they have their foot in your door. Use caution with this company.

legacy windows came into my home and gave me several options for window replacements. We were able to find windows that fit my budget and and improve our homes efficacy. The installers were very professional they were quick and cleaned up after themselves. They also listened to my concerns about the insulation. I recommend Legacy windows to anyone that are looking for re placement windows *********************.

Legacy windows are a MUST! The whole experience was great. I was unsure about the door to door sales approach but Im glad we took the chance. The install went great and have already noticed a change in how efficient our heat is in the home. Noise has been reduced and the updated look is fantastic. Would highly recommend Legacy Windows.

Legacy Windows did an excellent job from start to finish, we are very happy with our new windows. The sales rep was not pushy, knew the product well, and took time to answer all questions. The Crews showed up promptly and were respectful and friendly, taking care not to track in dirt and snow, cleaning multiple times during the installation. Most importantly, they knew what they were doing and did great work, from the outside to the finishing caulk inside. The windows are high quality, beautiful, and functional. Our original sales ************* made sure we were completely satisfied after the installation. I'd recommend Legacy to anyone looking to upgrade windows.
