      Bought from this thief, Jessica H******, on two separate occasions. The first was a whispy dog bone paid. Accepted payment, but did not ship item. Second time, paid for two stuffies, claimed she didn’t get money although it shows on my bank account and was even confirmed by the live host. She has $299 of my money and my items!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

      Won a free blanket on 10/28/2022 and still have yet to recieve the blanket.

      On November 24th, 2022 I purchased a blanket from Aspyn Grove on sale for 50% off. The total was $99.50. I received a receipt and order number shortly after. I knew it would take a while to ship because of the holidays but after 15 business days I reached out to the company on December 17, 2022 for an estimated shipping date. I sent them my invoice I received with all the information on it. They informed me on December 21st, 2022 that they no longer had the fabric that I had purchased. But that they could give me some other options to choose from. I said okay. They didn’t respond. I sent another message on December 23, 2022 asking if I could get a code to get a different blanket of my choosing for the same sale price because they didn’t have the one I originally purchased. They messaged back on December 26th, 2022 asking the size of the blanket, even though all the information is in the invoice I sent. I answered with the size. They messaged back on December 28th, 2022 offering me a code for the amount I paid essentially store credit and I would not get the blanket for 50% off or a blanket in a smaller size for the same price as the bigger one I got. I declined. And asked to see the photos they told me they’d send. They never responded. I messaged back on December 30th, 2022 asking if they had found anything. They didn’t respond. I asked for help again on January 5th, 2023 with no response. This company has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. And if I ask them on a live video about it I’ll get blocked and never get my money back. I’ve seen them do it to people before. This company is taking peoples money and not sending the products they purchased and then blocking people who complain. At this point all I want is a refund. But the company won’t respond. I put in a complaint through my Apple Pay because I haven’t heard from them in 10 business days.

      I ordered two blankets. One on November 19-2022 and one on November 30, 2022. Still have not received either order. company will not respond to my emails or my messages. I would like a full refund.

      I purchased blankets from this company. The material is defective and continues the shed and has ruined my carpet, my furniture, clothes, anything it touches. I have followed all the recommendations to wash and dry and they still continue to fall apart. I want to return these and not pay any charges for restocking or shipping. The company refuses. These blankets are hundreds of dollars. I have purchased several over the years and these three are the only two that are defective.
