      Incredibly disappointed by my experience with Knights. They aren’t motivated in the slightest to make things right when there is an issue. I ordered a custom sectional with them and when it arrived the pillows were wrong. I called them immediately and was referred to the customer service group were it took more than a week for them to respond to me with a solution- in 4-6 weeks were going to ship me new pillows (see photo below). Fast forward, I get a call from my sales rep saying that she scheduled me for an exchange of pillows and I would need to be home. Anyone who works full time recognizes how frustrating it can be to change an entire work day in order to be home for a delivery especially when they committed to shipping it. I offered to leave the pillows on the porch or ship them back to them (if they provide me a box), but they don’t care about rectifying this in a way that wouldn’t be inconvenient. In fact, one of the main reasons that was listed was that they don’t like to ship because it’s unpredictable and might not get there. I didn’t have the energy to explain that there is actually insurance that specifically was made to alleviate that concern. In addition, soon after the delivery I noticed a small stain that’s visible on the couch and a group of larger stains that are on the back of the middle couch. (see photos) When I surfaced these to my sales rep, she didn’t even make an effort to understand my frustration. In fact, she didn’t even take an interest in trying to rectify this area at all. I’ve been told it’s been sent to customer service, but I’m unconvinced that anyone will get back to me.

      New choices waiver purchased a mattress, motion **** ******* stand for my elderly mother when she was moved into assisted living. After being out of stock the furniture arrived prior to mom moving in & they called to See if they could deliver while it was already in the truck, I said sure. The day we moved mom in we saw a couple of dead bed bugs. The first night sleeping at her new place mom complained of hearing bugs in the walls, we decided it was the dementia. Three weeks later mom began scratching big sores on her back, chest, neck and arms. We again assumed it was from dementia.Mom started to complain about seeing bed bugs on her bed but nobody else was ever able to see them or any f**** or exoskeletons. One day I went in and it looked like a crime seen with blood everywhere & I noticed a different looking ***** stain (bed bug feces) on her sheets. At this time she had scratched some horrific sores on her. I spent three and a half hours cleaning & took her bedding home to wash it. At the end of January mom got very persistent and angry about these bed bugs. Well they were finally seen by the facility administrator. They moved mom out, fumigated professionally bed bug specific & they came back to check for activity. The found no live activity and they looked for a source. It turn out that there were thousands & thousands of them inside her motion frame & inside her mattress. There were so many that these had to be thrown away. I called Knight ********************************************* & the assistant mgr was said they did not come from the furniture, the bed bug exterminator is certain they did, part of his job. He said they would be all over the store, the ***************** are inspected by the state inspector every three months. I choose to believe this is false, they would have to turn over every article of furniture in the store and warehouse, not just mattresses every three months. That would be like moving everything in the store every three months.
