This company sold and/ or shared *************** and personal information to other unscrupulous persons after filing a UCC following a cash advance loan which I regret being solicited for and agreeing to. They claim innocence, however, Ive applied for no other such loans, and ever since I receive multiple calls per day by shady men claiming to have my file from my broker and trying to solicit other business from me. When I decline, block theyre numbers, they call back from other VOIP numbers and criminally harass me, including reading out loud my full SSN, my address, making disparaging remarks about my wife, telling me they know where i live, calling me a "faggot" etc. Whenever I try calling my "agent" at Lendio, he can't be reached. Beware anyone considering this company.

Dear BBB,
We apologize for Mr ******* frustration, however Lendio does not sell information to any 3rd party, which we explained to *************** on May 10th. As a marketplace for small business loans Lendio did assist *************** in funding a business loan in March as he requested. *************** contacted us again on April 19th asking if he could get additional funding, which we were unable to assist him with.*************** states hes been receiving these calls ever since his business loan closed and that hes tried reaching his agent with us but he cant be reached. He closed on his loan 2 months ago and the only correspondence we show since that funding is his calls on April 19th and May 10th. He didnt mention these calls when we spoke with him on April 19th, perhaps he applied for funding elsewhere when we told him we wouldnt be able to assist him with more funding at that time.

This company continues to contact me despite being given explicit instructions to stop doing so, and that I have never reached out to them asking for their 'sample software'. They stopped texting and e-mailing me only to start CALLING me!I've reported them to the ******** government for CASL violations, but I demand that the business acknowledge that they will cease and desist all communication with me. I have no interest in their shady business practices or their products.Business response
