            From March 2023 to February 2024, Autoslide LLC used Evolved Commerce to manage Autoslide's Amazon US account. We paid $2500 per month plus a 3% sales commission for any sales made on Amazon. As part of this, they should have been crediting Autoslide LLC back for any returns made for refund. They did not do this from March 2023 to December 2023. We brought this up multiple times last year and they took no action. They acted liked they didn't know what they were doing. We terminated our contract with them in February of 2024. Now they claim that they don't have to refund the amount they earned in commissions. The practice is unethical and violates every standard of commission based sales. No where in the contract does it state that they do not have to refund back commissions for sales that were returned for refund. If this is the case, they could make fake purchases under random accounts and claim commissions with no recourse. Then return the purchases for refund. We want everyone to know not to do business with these deceptive people. A horrible company.

            Terrible company. Wasted thousands of dollars with them and basically had my Amazon store closed. They have noclue what they're doing and kept charging me after I fired them. They never even followed up on why I fired them..STAY AWAY!!

The issue on your account was due to an Amazon error and not something we could control but our team did work to fix that issue regardless. We also followed up via email just a week ago and asked for feedback to provide better services going forward. We would be happy to discuss your concerns more via phone or email, please feel free to respond to our requests or calls.
