Order placed with 100% refund guarantee. Products were received, and within 3 days, I contacted the company for a full refund as I had an allergic reaction to their products. Returned all products (almost all unopened) with a return number given, and items were received on 12/8 with a promise of a refund in 2-3 days. I have still not received a refund, and when I attempt to contact them, I get the same response. It will take about 2-3 days. I'm tired of waiting for my refundBusiness response

I have verified that you have received two refunds 1) $231.54 and 2) $76.21 totaling the $307.75. Depending on your financial institution it can very how long it takes to for them to make the funds available. In your case we show that you used Klarna as your payment option, we advice you contact Klarna directly to get a better idea when the funds will become available to you.

On Sunday, 9/1/24 I placed an order for products that were supposed to be 20% off for Labor Day sale. I placed the order through a portal provided to me by a sales rep. I purchased 5 items and kept track of the listed prices and the purchase was a little over $400. The screen disappeared after my order and I didn’t get to see the charged amount. Shortly thereafter I received an email with an invoice that listed the items and taxes and there was no indication of 20% off. I immediately sent an email to the customer service email on the invoice saying that I was upset at not receiving the discount and I was writing to cancel the order completely. They were closed for Labor Day and on Tuesday 9/3/24 they answered my email by explaining that the fees on the invoice were discounted when they were entered. They said they couldn’t cancel the order and the only option I had was to receive it and then return it to get 90% of my money back.Initial Complaint

When purchasing the new product they advertise that’s it’s 100% satisfaction guaranteed and will refund money within 45 days of order date. I ordered the product on 7/24 and on 8/12 I called them for a return address to send the product back. They refused to give me a return label and also refused to give me my refund. This was my first purchase of this product.Business response

After review of Ms. Veneer’s complaint, we understand the frustration for this. We see that this order mentioned was the 5th order that was placed on the account. As per our policy, Xyngular offers a 45 day money back guarantee from the date of the inception order. Once a second order is placed, then the 45 day money back guarantee is then voided as placing a second order shows that the customer is satisfied with the product since they are placing another order. Although the 45 day money back guarantee is voided after a subsequent order is placed, Xyngular still offers a 90% refund (minus shipping) for any unaltered and unopened product that is returned. A. Inception (initial) Purchase
Day 1-45 (Product)*: The Company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will refund 100% of the purchase price less Membership/Independent Partnership fees, shipping and handling fees, and if postmarked by the 45th day from the order date. Any products that were ordered will be refunded once they are returned to and processed by the Company. Please note that this 100% refund (less shipping), does not apply once a Member or Partner places his/her second product order.
Day 46-365 (1 year) from the order date: 90% will be refunded less handling fees on unopened, unaltered, resalable, and restockable products or Sales Aids if postmarked within 12 months from the order date
C. Subsequent Purchase(s)
Day 1-365 (1 year) from the order date: 90% of the purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling fees on unopened, unaltered, resalable, and restockable products if postmarked within 12 months from the order date.
Canada Members and Partners have ten (10) calendar days from date of purchase to receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees if postmarked by the 30th day from the order date. After the 10 days, the 90% refund rule appliesCustomer called and spoke with our Member Service team requesting a refund for the opened product, our team explained the refund policy that it is 90% for unopened or unaltered product after the inception order. Because this order is no the inception order on the account and the product is opened, this order and product is outside of the refund policy. The 45-day money back guarantee is from the date of the inception order being placed and not when a new product has been purchased. We feel that we have followed our refund policy and provided the details for this situation to close the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes I ordered other products from you but this was IN FACT the 1st time that I ever purchased this particular product the GLP-X. In this case I was not satisfied. Your disclaimers state “if this is the second purchase of product then we are unable to refund you” this is my first of this product! Your disclaimer is not specific and is very confusing! I’m still requesting my money back as your disclaimer is not clear that your company means any prior purchases (doesn’t matter on the product) not the specific product bought!

I would like to clarify that this was the first time we were made aware of this issue, and I would like to explain the steps we have taken to resolve it. The individual who previously managed these matters is no longer with the company, which is why this complaint was only recently brought to our attention.Xyngular has since contacted ****** ******* regarding an order she placed over Labor Day weekend during a promotional period. We have resolved the issue to her satisfaction. There was some confusion at checkout regarding the application of the discount and the details on her invoice. We confirmed that she did receive the full 20% discount and was not overcharged as initially thought. Our member service representative offered her a full refund if she was not satisfied with the service. ****** has received her order and is very pleased with the outcome.Customer response

We have already communicated with Ms. ******* and explained our policy and process, however we have made an exception and provided her with a refund as of 10/28/2024 for the product.
